Spacious, great location and view. Very nice, responsive staff. Good food.

stayed twice, on way in and out. on way in had standard room, was OK. on return stay had a duplex cottage. very old and decrepit, aircon was very loud in bedroom. food was fine at their dining room.

Great place! I got the exact room I asked for, and it was peaceful and relaxing. Being close to the airport was super convenient. Even though it was just a quick overnight stay, I really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend it.

Had an absolutely enjoyable 3-night stay. Rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable with lovely view of the sea and surrounding gardens. Staff was warm and helpful. Delicious meals at restaurant were reasonably priced.

The #10 jitney stop at the hotel entrance that runs from Love Beach to the tourist center of Nassau.
We were in Cottage 1. We had a close-up view of the ocean from our balcony.
We decided to stay here based on the photos and reviews from this site.
Cottage 1 could use a dresser or two and more/brighter lights in the main room. That is a minor thing.

The property entrance and front outdoor common areas were absolutely charming. The staff was very friendly and pleasant.
We had to drag two 50 lb+ suitcases and four 20+ - 30+ lb suitcases..........and a puppy to the most furthest away room and up many steps in 85 degree temps only to enter a room that had no AC on. The entire tile floor was sticky. The bed sheets were stained with what looked like blood on one bed and on inside out on the other. The pillows were full of lumps. The bathroom had no fan / ventilation other than a small crank out window in the tub area that I couldn't reach. A ceiling fan that you couldn't turn on. There was no place to put a bar of soap at the sink (ie: dish, well, etc) so we chased the wet bar around on the counter every time. We wanted to call the front desk to find out about getting drinks or food to bring to the room..... there was no phone in the room. My husband had to walk that long walk back down the steps and to the office to get info. There was not a bit of area info in the room for places in the area to go and get something to eat or sight see. No ice bucket, no plastic cups, no iron or hair dryer..........things that are in the cheapest of motels. There was not a chair in the room......again......basic. The balcony door did not stay closed unless you had the deadbolt on and even then there was a 3/4 inch gap a foot high where the door didn't line up flush with the frame. Which is probably how the biggest cockroach I had ever seen in my life got in the room in the first place and after chasing it, finally got it out the same way. Needless to say, didn't get much sleep in that room.
