Wonderful
Breakfast was very good and the service excellent

The exterior of the hotel was lovely. The staff were friendly.
We were the only people staying there, which felt kind of creepy. The decor is awful - gold detailing on the furniture, horrible brocade drapes. It was like we were in Trump's White House.

Close to the airport. We stay here every time we are in Nassau. Walk to Sapodilla’s for dinner. Friendly, helpful staff.

It was like staying in a palace! Surprisingly opulent. The pool area is beautiful.
No dining facilities on site.
No elevator.
Many marble stairs.

Lovely little boutique hotel with nice pool and gardens. We loved the location - a short walk from a quiet beach. It is quite some distance from Nassau and if you want to see the island a car is useful. However, the hotel can access taxis.
In general, there wasn't much that we didn't like. It would have been nice to have had a second chair in our large room and a few more pool chairs in the shade. These are suggestions.

The bed was comfortable.
Overall impression is that the bathroom and the room decor need to be refreshed.
Disappointing customer service with regard to two issues:
1. I forgot something when I checked out and contacted the hotel. They informed me housekeeping had found it and thrown it away.
2. Transportation from the airport to the hotel and back was more expensive than quoted in the email I received from Booking.com.

There is not a restaurant on property.
There was a restaurant at the bottom of the steep hill but was closed on Mondays.
Available hotel snacks were minimal and not adequately stocked.
Requested a receipt for room charges which I never received.

Clean, modern, elegant and close to airport. Situated up on a hill with nice ocean views. Private airport transport was a real bonus.
It’s a bit of a walk to any restaurants (no dinner served onsite) along a busy road.

- Almost no noise isolation, you have a feeling of having the door open. staying in the Coral room we could hear the music from the bar area and everyday morning around 6am someone was strongly slamming the door in the corridor

Excellent location near the airport and the shore. Two nice restaurants within walking distance. We got two rooms, both beautiful and overlooking the pool. We only stayed there one night before moving on to another island, but it would be a great location to explore Nassau. The best part was the staff. We had arranged a very early morning pick up through booking.com. The provider canceled around 10:00 at night. I didn't see the text until after midnight and had to make arrangements with the front desk. They were awesome! The night clerk took us to the airport (charged us a reasonable fee, or course) very early the next morning. That's service! Highly recommended!
Nothing - I wish we could have stayed longer.

This boutique hotel was very fun and stylish with colonial looking architecture and furnishings. The view to the ocean was great, and the pool area quite nice. We ordered breakfast on the terrace. The foliage around was nice except there was a vacant lot to one side so that view was kind of barren on that end of the hotel but it was off to the side.
I had to wear a face mask at night because it was pretty bright outside the room but I am also very affected by light when I am sleeping. A noisy reataraunt at night down the hill but if you shut your slider you can hardly hear it.
