The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.
The pictures online weee NOt what the hotel looked like. The pool was out of order and I was never notified . The noise was terrible at night. The room said gulf view - the tiny window was not my idea of a view. Overall we left after 1 night.

Great location. Walking distance to just about everything.
I didn't like the last minute deposit fee of $150 on top of the $160 service fee that we had to pay when we arrived. The website also stated there was an airport shuttle, which we later found out was false.

I would have liked to have early checkin. I was there around 12pm, and the room wasn't ready, but the staff wasn't communicative enough. At 3, the room still wasn't ready. When I asked what was going to be done about it, another person stepped in and changed the room. I had to ask if it was same size and view. The staff could have explained and showed a little.more customer service.

check in desk staff was very friendly. Breakfast was fresh cooked.
safety - the gate to the street was broken and propped open right next to an external stairway that went right to the hallways which were poorly lit. Parking was advertised but there were only 8 spaces and I had to park down a dark alley in the night.

Rooms was clean and neat,the beach was great nice clear waters and friendly people their was lots to do.the breakfast was very good every morning it was a variety of dishes every day we totally enjoy it.
More activity in the hotel like a happy hour by the pool or even a Bingo night where we would be able to have a glass of wine or a drink and win some money to take back home lol .

Quiet perfect room for one person and breakfast quite enough good
On the first day, my back feels itchy and rash happened because of bedsheets i think, I wish more cleaniness. I have very hypersensitive skin allergy. but it quite alright with my cream on the next day.
