Wonderful
From I stepped in the lobby of this hotel i knew my stay was gonna be wonderful, friendly staff at the front desk. Clean room. Lovely breakfast spread in the mornings. Would i stay here again? YES I WOULD! And the plus is it's right across from Jonkunu Beach.

I didn’t like the property at all it was dated, and the staff was uncooperative
I reserved a queen suite with two beds and when I got there, it was a small room with one bed. It wasn’t a sweet. The windows were filthy. There was no lock on the door and they would not give me the room that I had reserved. I am a diamond elite member.

I liked that I could check in before 3pm. Room was very clean, fresh sheets and towels and the AC blew cold the entire stay. Loved how the beach is literally 5mins across the street the breakfast was good. The earlier you get up the fresher the food. Fountain drinks were refreshing as soon as we came in from the beach and the supervisor even asked me if I was enjoying my room and stay while I was eating breakfast. Regardless of the few bad reviews the positive outweighed it all and so for my own experience it was also comforting and exceptional. Will definitely be staying their again upon my return. Plus im half Bahamian and haven't been there in over 23 years so for my visit with family and then to return to a room with a beautiful beachfront view you guys helped make my trip pleasurable! Good job staff and see you soon ? ???
The hot water ran out a few times but the longer I ran it, it eventually got hot again. But the staff did want to change out my room for the inconvenience however I didn't feel like packing up me and the kids stuff all over again juat to change so it still worked out conviently. Thank you

Just next to the nice beach and good connectivity to the port, restaurants and main attractions. Large rooms and good facilities.
The pool was so small. You had to buy water for 3 USD which was ridiculous as the hotel itself cost quite a lot and they could place some water dispensers or coolers.

Good breakfast got there very early well before check-in and was allowed to have breakfast which was awesome.
Street noise in my room was very loud during the day but was not to bad at night.

I like how Crystal, Ashante, Nacara was very friendly and helpful for any questions you had in the front desk. The beach is right in front. Has alot of resturant near by. The airport isn't that far from the hotel. The breakfast was good. The pool was nice and clean.

The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. They were extremely helpful and even arranged transportation for my coworkers and me, which we really appreciated. The bed was also very comfortable.
The parking area was quite small, and my room faced the road, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. There was constant noise from traffic and people throughout the night and early morning, including large trucks honking and vehicles passing by with loud music.
The room was not spotless, but it was manageable for a short stay. Another inconvenience was the hot water, which took quite a while to heat up and required running the water for some time before it became warm.

Bathroom with previous people hairs. Towel was with a hole. I have to request several times to make the room every day. The internet was very low. Cleaner's people are meant.

Location. Chairs available at the beach across the street. Foot washing station at the gate. View.
Floor was dirty in room where feet became visibly dirty after walking. Lighting was bad in room.
