Location was good and the marina is so nice and the beaches
Never cleaned room or brought new towels. Never brought extra covers for my kids for the sofa bed. One of them were freezing.

Pool was great, Anthony's restaurant was great.... Not much else but the staff was good, Getting to the room was a challenge as was getting around.
Shower was terrible as was the bathroon. The furniture was terrible but the bed was ok

The front desk did not honour my Booking.com rate plus added other “mystery “ charges that they failed to properly justify to us

We did a last minute booking and we were so happy we stayed here. The staff was outstanding they checked us in right away and we enjoyed every minute of the stay. The room was perfect and we loved the closeness to Atlantis. The shuttles were great too. I would stay here again.

Prices for dolphin swim mini golf and couple other Atlantis activities very expensive. Food on property very expensive. Additional add on charges very expensive

Overrated. Too expensive. Too many taxes. Horrible customer service. The room smelled like sulphur. Will never return and tell friends and family to avoid.

The rooms were spacious and located in a quieter area.
Far too spread out and our 2 expensive one bedroom apartments ‘balconies’ were right next to a busy path so we were constantly viewed by passersby, resulting in a lack of privacy. The bathrooms were very odd. The shower and toilet were in a very small room while a massive bath and sink area was in another. Drying off after a shower was a feat in itself. The resort is after your money. To have to pay $20 for a visit to the gym on the Atlantis property was ludicrous. After checkout we discovered a new pair of expensive shoes had been left behind and immediately notified management but they have failed to ‘find’ them. We spend a considerable amount of money on accomodation when we travel every year around the world and I’ve never been so disappointed in a property. The staff were friendly but I guess it all comes down to top level management.

Lots to do and see
Too far away from everything. Had multiple issues with hotel room. First AC didn’t work and was moved to another room. In the new room we had a flood, then a separate time the toilet overflowed, we were only given 4 towels for 2 rooms though wr asked for more and had to use them to clean up the flood.

I loved the convenience you could walk easily from pool to restaurants to water park to beach. It’s much prettier than booking.com photos suggest. The yachts were pretty impressive along this 10 min walk.
The food is outrageous in price and mostly junk. If you want anything with nutrition be prepared to pay through the nose. Luckily we found an excellent falafel style place near cove bay that gave us a break from the burger and fries domination everywhere else. We also went to a supermarket on day 1. Secondly the staff need to get into the sea and pickup all the plastic Atlantis garbage that guests have chucked into it. Sad to see when snorkelling.
