All the restaurants, beach, pool, amenities and entertainment was in close proximity to the hotel.
The safe in the room did not work.
The stole my swim shorts and shoes from the room balcony. Don’t leave items on balcony.
Did not have soap for the tub in the room.
The sink valve was stuck close and had to use my hands to re open.

Very clean, lots of amenities, great pools and waterpark, rooms were very nice with great views.
The staff was rude for the most part, I think they need some customer service skills training. Not friendly at all and treat you like you’re bothering them, one bar tender straight up ripped the menu out of my hand while I was reading it.
Fluffy from the Manor bar on the other hand was amazing! What nice guy!?

Cafe Madeleine was our favorite breakfast spot on property the management team took great care of us along with the staff. The management team greeted us every day and treated us like family! It was a great experience. Loved the lattes with the good morning notes on the them- this was part of the reason we visited everyday for breakfast!
Coming out of the room on the 20th floor the carpet was coming up which was a tripping hazard. In addition, going into the ice machine area it smelled like mold which was a negative.
We had an issue with a security guard following up around the property in the waterpark area, but the manager onsite took care of that issue for us. When I went to report it to security the lady answered the phone and proceeded to talk on the phone so this issue was not written as a complaint with the security team.

1. Very welcome and supportive staff team
2. Great F&B choices, restaurant options and food amazing taste and quality
3. Nice, fresh and clean room
4. Super hotel infrastructure: pools, aqua park, beach, cigar bar and great restaurants
Only two things surprised me:
1. Casino in lobby - great for adults, questionable for family with kids
2. Hotel blocked money on credit card well before it has right to do so by reservation terms
However this hotel - one of the best hotel property I ever seen! Must to visit!

The hotel had plenty activities for the kids to be entertained. The Baha Bay Waterpark is definitely the reason to come to the hotel if you have active kids!
It did feel a bit overcrowded, it was hard to get spaced with shade at the beach as only a few umbrellas were available. Also, the water sports available were very limited and managed poorly, so we weren't able to get a kayak or paddle board during our stay.

The resort is beautiful, with great facilities, a lovely beach, and plenty of activities to enjoy. The rooms were clean, and we had a great overall experience.
The only downside was the staff, especially at the front desk. Unfortunately, they weren’t as welcoming or friendly as we expected, and customer service could definitely be improved.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the resort, but we hope the front desk service becomes warmer and more attentive in the future.

It needs to be all-inclusive for the price you pay because the surcharge and vat percentage is a bit to much. Honestly speaking but the food and drinks top tier.

The Regata staff at breakfast was great. Location convenience to airport was nice. Liked the set up to watch the final World Cup game.
I would say the staff around the hotel could be a little more friendlier. Prize of food was extremely high.

The gardens and pools are amazing. Great for pictures. Variety of restaurants. Bed, pillows and sheets very comfortable. Good room size. Great beach. Family loved the aquarium by one of the pools (Dean’s Blue Hole Pool). We could see flamingos, small birds, sea turtles, variety of fish, sharks and macaws.
Bahamas is pricey!
The bathroom shower didn’t have strong water pressure.
