The resort is beautiful, with great facilities, a lovely beach, and plenty of activities to enjoy. The rooms were clean, and we had a great overall experience.
The only downside was the staff, especially at the front desk. Unfortunately, they weren’t as welcoming or friendly as we expected, and customer service could definitely be improved.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the resort, but we hope the front desk service becomes warmer and more attentive in the future.

It needs to be all-inclusive for the price you pay because the surcharge and vat percentage is a bit to much. Honestly speaking but the food and drinks top tier.

The Regata staff at breakfast was great. Location convenience to airport was nice. Liked the set up to watch the final World Cup game.
I would say the staff around the hotel could be a little more friendlier. Prize of food was extremely high.

The gardens and pools are amazing. Great for pictures. Variety of restaurants. Bed, pillows and sheets very comfortable. Good room size. Great beach. Family loved the aquarium by one of the pools (Dean’s Blue Hole Pool). We could see flamingos, small birds, sea turtles, variety of fish, sharks and macaws.
Bahamas is pricey!
The bathroom shower didn’t have strong water pressure.

Rooms and the view outside to the city were top tier. Very Comfortable sleeping throughout the night.
Service at the Swimming Pigs after hours was not to the standards i would like to see. I expected more more.

I liked the location.
Hotel was overcrowded, rooms were tiny and had no porch. There was no sitting area outside and whatever was available was reserved for rosewood. I didn’t feel like I got my money worth. Every step felt like it just costed more money. The hotel is missing that pampered feel and doesn’t come with the amenities I would expect for the price.

The location is amazing. Everything was spotless, well organized, and thoughtfully prepared to make it easy and enjoyable to spend the day with the family.
The staff could be a little friendlier. Most employees seemed very serious and not very welcoming. A simple smile would make a big difference.

It's an outstanding resort. It has everything and it's done at a high level. I think the Jazz Club is great, the Cigar Bar is great, the restaurants are great especially Marcus. The culture of service is excellent.
The restaurants are a little pricey. I would like to see more outdoor music engaging the Island sound..

Very well maintained. The resort literally has everything you need. You don’t need to leave the resort if you don’t want to. Booking.com messed up my reservation but the service at the front desk was amazing. She was patient with me and helped me figure everything out (I wish I could remember her name). I didn’t like the ocean view room that they originally gave me and they accommodated me and gave me another room without no problem. The hotel and staff is amazing if I must say so.

The service at Bahamar is like WOW in terms of bad. It's really insane just how regular people just DGAF at all. Even the concierge at the Grand Hyatt West side was just horrendous and apathetic. They're not rude per se; they just do not care. They don't care about you, they're not interested in your concerns, they don't want to smile or apologize or share joy about much of anything. And this ran contrary to our other experiences with Bahamanians who are really funny, cool people generally and good natured etc. But at the Bahamar Grand Hyatt - it's like they resent their jobs and they're only there for the paycheck and they can't wait to clock out. It's everywhere at that place. And to be clear - it's about managing expectations. If you pay for a cheap place - I would argue - you're not going to have good service. But this is supposed to be a resort and it didn't feel that way EXCEPT my wife LOVED the beach club. Problem is - it costs $150 a chair that you can use for food and if you do the math with family - it adds up. That was her favorite spot there.
