The properties huge and there are so many different pools a waterpark food trucks on the beach just excellent
The staff is very rude. I’ve never been to a resort before where the staff is rude. They are not accommodating at all. I simply needed an iPhone charger and I asked the entire East and West Lobby and no one could help me while I was waiting for my room they wanted to charge me $150 for early check-in, which is bizarre.

The beach was nice and so were the chairs. Lots of pools. The jazz club was great! The shops were nice. The sunset boat cruise was great!
The staff is not in a hurry to do anything. There were dirty towels behind my tub in the room when I checked in. The baseboards and carpet were dusty and old. They have several taxes and fees on everything. There were cigarette burns on the chair cushions on my patio. They need waiters on the beach to bring drinks. The food was not very good and it was very expensive. Six of us ate at Leona and the food was awful. We had Sea Bass, crab pasta and the veal and none of it was good. The rooms were miles away from the pool and beach.

Fantastic water at the cable beach, nice room, a lot of opportunities to do stuff, waterpark was cool.
Everything is imported, so it's super expensive. Also, the excursions offered by the hotel are much more costly compared to those from 3rd parties.
It's very hard to get any fresh fruits outside the breakfast zone.

Very Poor
Beautiful location
Yes. We unfortunately got bitten by bed bugs and the hotel admittedly has not finished their “investigation “ but based on the attitude we received I have very low hopes that they cared or will do anything about it

It was like a mini-city with 3 hotels and many restaurants
1. Impersonal Atmosphere
The sheer size of the property works against it. The resort feels far too large to provide any level of personalized attention or genuine hospitality. You often feel like just another number in a sea of guests rather than a valued patron.
2. Dining Logistics & Reservations
Securing a table at any of the gourmet restaurants was a constant struggle. Despite the variety of high-end options, the high demand makes it nearly impossible to get a reservation without booking well in advance.
3. Excessive Wait Times
The frustration continued at the buffet and casual dining outlets. Expect to spend a significant portion of your morning standing in long lines just to get a meal, which is hardly the relaxing start most people want on vacation.
4. Room Location & Views
Potential guests should be aware of the resort's layout. Because the main hotel towers are set back quite a distance from the coastline, the "oceanfront" dream is often out of reach. Most rooms do not offer a clear view of the ocean, facing the sprawling pool complexes or the resort instead.

Pleasant
All the employees were super nice but super slow although it was extremely busy this was my second time here and I have never seen so many people in my life. The lines were way too long. Many restaurants were not available. If you didn't have a reservation, the bathrooms were not clean ever unless you were the first one in before the pools opened.
Too many people at the hotel the pool areas were all dirty by noon. The bathrooms were dirty by noon out by the pools and the lines were way too long for food and the wait time for food and all of the restaurants was extremely long and unacceptable when you're traveling with several small children. But it was spring break not your fault.

the staff was extremely friendly
We had two rooms. The second one was not ready until after 9pm. Zero communication. I had to ask about twice.
We also had to ask for room service. The first night, we never received it. The second night, was very mediocre. Dirty dishes still left in the room.

Beautiful hotel on a large property with multiple pools, beach access, and a water park. The hotel was very clean, and our room was spacious. There are 40+ restaurants to choose from.
Food prices were high. Dinner reservations are helpful, but I suggest looking at the menu before going there.

The proximity to the beach, to the restaurants, the friendliness of the staff, our family were very impressed with happy smiling staff members, absolutely delightful. I would go back several times .
The casino dealers were rude, we had several run in with the managers at the craps table near the jazz room. I put my $100 cash to change to 4 $25 chips to put on the hard ways, my hard way came in and the manager there said no bet, escentially not given the chance to review the video, I reported it the next day to a manager. The person sitting on the craps table was very rude while I was explaining the situation, as if he owned the casino, VERY UGLY LOOK! I will not wager at this casino in the future, I will save that for the Wynn at Vegas and Macau.

A lot to do around the property, plenty of activities for families and couples alike! Food is delicious except for Sugar Factory.
Sugar Factory Dinner was overpriced and inedible. Manager was unwilling to help, terrible experience. Staff was 50/50 in friendliness, and need more housekeeping staff so rooms arent being cleaned at 530pm.
