Breakfast was Awsome, room was upgraded out courtesy without us asking ..airport was close by also the local beach and we had easy access to public transportation, and that was a plus????

They message us that they were closing the front seat at 10pm while the website and booking says midnight. We could not get in and never got a bed there. They are unreliable. Our flight was late and we had to eat late , could not get there before there unexpected closure of front desk. Another nice lady let us stay at her place at Sun fun hotel.

The sheets weren’t clean, the staff missed us at the airport and told us to look for a shuttle with a name that is not clear on it. They left and we eventually got ourselves there and had to pay for the cab. They were unapologetic.

Location and staff made up for the bad 7/10
1. The room is tiny but sufficient as you probably didn’t come to the Bahamas to stay inside.
2. The bathroom also super tiny. The shower was not good and the water pressure was minimal but at least it had hot water. There was also a little hair in the shower drain upon my arrival but the rest of the room was spotless.
3. The property is beautiful and big! They have games for kids outside and inside. They have a nice pool and jacuzzi but I did not see that being used much. Lots of nature and cool birds on property as well. They even have a croquet set to play outside and that was a 10/10 piece for me.
4. The staff are also very friendly and will get you too and from the airport for $20 each way. There was a wonderful woman who cooked me breakfast fresh in the morning.
5. The communication is not great if you book through another agency like booking.com for instance. They do not respond to 3rd party emails. It’s better to call them directly and get everything set up that way.
Normally the room stuff would have turned me off but the other stuff made up for it and I would stay there again for sure!

Nice and quiet.
Room was basic but adequate.
Difficulty getting in and out of pool. Steps needed a hand rail.
Step ladder had no rungs.
So many obstacles on the path down to the beach and when I eventually got there, nowhere to sit.
Breakfast wasn't consistent due to whichever staff was on duty.
First day cereal, fresh coffee, juice as well as menu option.
2nd day. No cereal or juice offered and coffee was stale.. the person on duty wasn't very helpful or pleasant.

Disappointing
I just needed a place to sleep for a layover. The staff were great and they have a shuttle to the airport which is about 10 minutes away. There is a little garden area and some seating outdoors. The ocean is just across the road, but there is no beach. I did open the window and enjoyed listening to the sound of the waves.
It is an old building which needs attention. The room was very small and I missed breakfast since I had a plane to catch. The pool out back looked very sketchy. I just went out back in the garden to sit and eat a snack before going to bed so I didn't really inspect it. The floors inside are uneven and some of the electrical work looked DIY. The TV took some time to figure out, but I finally got it working.
