The location of the hotel was in the center of the major attractions
The hotel seems to be an older hotel and the upkeep wasn’t being maintained. There was a leak in the hallway from a ac unit. A wet floor sign was put down but no buckets were placed to catch the water initially so I constantly walked on wet carpet.

Customer serviceeeeeee. The location. The 6th floor view. Mixture of locals and tourist. You can see and smell the clean sea water. The maid service. The smiles and welcoming on entering the hotel.

near the beach and friendly and helpful staff
a bit pricey especially the breakfast, though i know all are imported.

Location was fantastic. Pool staff was amazing.
The smell in the lobby.
The painters tape over my vent that leaked water at night onto the floor and almost fell slipping on it.
Staff not changing the sheets for 5 days!!!!

This hotel was very clean with nice staff. It was right across the street from Junkanoo Beach and just a 10 minute walk to Fish Fry. It also had a kids pool which was great because I had my 2 children with me. Overall loved our stay!

The location and staff were great! Across the street from Junkanoo Beach. Great walking distance to downtown and the pier.
The building is really old and falling down in some places. For the entire stay there was a strong smell of mold and mildew and in our room. At times it smelled like the toilet had backed up. It was very obvious. We asked other visitors and they had the same smell

Proximity to beach and thar hotel provided us with towels and chairs for the beach.
The area is very loud, mostly from truck traffic noise.

I was on the fifth floor and only one elevator was working also the pool needs a bit more renovation . I didn’t like the flooring the carpet carried a smell.
