Very Poor
It was right across the road from the beach
It was extremely dirty. As a matter of fact I had to request for the 1st room I was assigned to be changed because the sofa seat in the room had ugly stains and watermarks all over it. Not that the next room was better- I avoided sitting or placing anything on it for the entire period.

The staff was exceptional. We were able to check in at 1pm instead of the usual check in time. The elevator was temporarily out of order, so a maintenance staff member carried our bags to the sixth floor for us.
The beds were very comfy and the room was relatively quiet.
The location was central for what we wanted to see, so we had planned to walk most places, but this area is not pedestrian friendly. Taxis are readily available though.

Clean, nice lobby and room.
They need better staffing at the restaurant. There is a rush at meal times and they have only one person taking orders at the bar.

If you don’t get breakfast included it’s $41 per person for Buffett however they do a a nice affordable breakfast menu. I recommend buying stuff to drink from a grocery store. Or else you’ll spend $10 for a beer lol

The lady at reception was exceptional, friendly, helpful, quick and very explanatory of where everything is and how everything works.
The service at the restaurant/bar was incredibly slow. One extra person helping would have made a huge difference they have already simplified the ordering process though the bar to remove the need for servers, but then they only have one person on.

The room I was given was not the one I requested. They had me near the kitchen and I smelled burned and smokey aur the whole 9 days.

The location of the hotel was in the center of the major attractions
The hotel seems to be an older hotel and the upkeep wasn’t being maintained. There was a leak in the hallway from a ac unit. A wet floor sign was put down but no buckets were placed to catch the water initially so I constantly walked on wet carpet.
