Very Good
By far, the best value for unlimited access to the Atlantis property and attractions. We were pleasantly surprised at how close we were to the waterpark and beaches, and how straightforward the process was to acquire the necessary wristbands each day (including on the days we checked in and out). We were also very impressed that there was daily housekeeping, as well as a full breakfast available from 7-10am every morning. A poolside manager's rum punch reception offered three times a week right around the time guests are checking in was a fun bonus.
The room was clean and comfortable, but the building is quite old, which are very obvious even over a short stay (we were there for 3 nights). For example, the ice maker on our floor was out of order, as was the coffee and juice machines in the East Wing breakfast room and the only microwave on the property outside of the restaurant's kitchen. We were grateful that the air conditioning was fully functional, but it was extremely loud, even with earplugs. The water in our shower reached scalding temperatures with the slightest turn of the dial. There is also a generally smell throughout the hotel that is vaguely reminiscent of stagnating water. The hotel provided two bottles of water each day as well as pitchers of water in the common area in the afternoons, but this had to be flavored with lemons and cucumbers to mask the odd taste of anything that originated from the taps.

Location!! Right next to the Atlantis and use of all of the amenities. Nice pool, free breakfast.
Ran out of food/utensils, at breakfast. Didn't always have a clean bath mat or amenities from housekeeping Could use major updates on decor, bathrooms, we stayed on the first floor with sliders right out to the pool patio. Which was nice...However, you have to walk past the back of the kitchen to get there and it smelled like mildew, dirty carpet. Very strong smell in the hallways not so bad in the room. Bathroom fan and air conditioner and ice machine were very very loud like an airplane! Little fruit flies in The room

Breakfast is included, though it industrial-style food prep with junk foods. Buffet style fake scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon, cereals, coffees, waffles and toast. The fresh fruit is nice. Beautiful setting for eating outdoors near the pool.
Water pressure in the shower was weak, though I've heard that's a problem all over the island. The bathtub took 10 minutes to drain. Daily maid service was very good. They give you bottles of water for free. The wi-fi was very weak! Couldn't stream Netflix. The TV has a bunch of channels, but is not wifi linked, so no streaming. Not many dining/eating options within walking distance unfortunately.

Breakfast was terrific. Staff were terrific. Location was unbeatable. Unfortunately the room we paid with 2 double beds was switched to a king-bed room. We adjusted but would have preferred to be given what was confirmed.

It had everything we needed. A pool and outdoor sitting area, and super close to beach and Atlantis. It was what I expected for Comfort Suites and was very satisfied. Staff was super friendly and we were able to get our room by 3:30. I have zero complaints.

Our room wasn’t very clean. One of two sinks water wouldn’t come out and the other was clogged but slowly drained. Shower had hair in tub and all over on the inside of shower curtain.

Location was good and thankfully we only were looking for a place to sleep and didn't have to spend a lot of time in our room
We were put in the 1st floor right next to kitchen, was loud. Our sliding door to the patio was broken and wouldn't lock so they had to put a permanent lock on it. Water pressure was horrible and even lost all water for a couple hours one afternoon right when we got back from a excursion and couldn't shower (husband had to get out of shower and wipe soap off of him). Breakfast was the same every morning. Could have alternated waffles with pancakes or something. Check in was long and a nightmare and room wasn't ready even though it was after 3. Definitely not worth what we spent

Excellent location, good beach, clean room.
Breakfast is very basic. Staff is not cooperative: room was available about 20-30 minutes after the official check-in time but even a short, 15-30 minutes, late check-out wasn't approved. The use of Atlantis facilities is very inefficient: need to renew wristbands every day, lines everywhere, the same info needs to be provided again and again.
