Wonderful
breakfast was complete with several options, room was clean. the captain's bar every evening from 7:30pm until 9pm is very good.
on 2 occasions the breakfast area had a lot of flies

Pleasant
Staff responded to requests fairly quickly. Breakfast had variety and the happy hour was an asset to the stay. In happy hour, guests could get unlimited beverages, chips and dip. Room had good amenities (microwave, fridge, iron and ironing board). Enjoyed the pool.
Breakfast was repetitive - basically the same foods every day. Toilet started to leak (but this was fixed very quickly). Room was smaller than expected and needs more ventilation and natural light.

Absolutely nothing.
Rude staff, extremely slow check in. Bathroom facilities were not functioning. Door locks loose and broken.

Generally quiet enough to work in the evening
The breakfast is bland and monotonous. On one occasion, the server came late, with the result that, as I had other commitments in the town, I had to go without breakfast. The room was under-provided, with no bedside table or lamp, so that if you wanted to turn the light off/on, you had to get out of bed every time. The closet for hanging clothes is quite tiny and not well provided with hangers. There was no kettle to boil water in the room

Pool cocktail hour and music was lovely and continental breakfast started very late but good food to pick from.
We were given a key to a room upstairs. The ac didn’t work so they moved us to another room. Ac didn’t work and the office was sending me and my husband back and forth to the rooms trying to work the ac. We kept asking for a maintenance person. Finally after an hour someone came. Next had to move back to the first room after a long day with flights and tired. There were roaches in the room on floor around microwave and fridge. The water pressure in shower kept doing some weird thing. Would like our money back. I’m disgusted
