Very Good
The location was perfect, property beautiful.
Lack of information,we were given a later on arrival with little information and pointed to the elevator,u can easily rack up charges without knowing,no one tells u what's included and what's not ,and also wish u can use cash especially for persons who have limit on there card , would spend a lot more time on property if cash was an option.

Pleasant
The location is great and the shared areas were stunning.
The bedroom was very spartan and the gym showers, which we were told we could use in lieu of a late checkout, were TERRIBLE!!! It was nothing but scalding hot water no matter which shower you used or how you changed the tap configuration!

Beautiful property, clean, nice bar/restaurant on site. Comfortable rooms
Price was very high, but near the cruise port which was why we chose location.

Lovely hotel. British Colonial was a beautiful setting from the lobby to the outdoor pools and beach to the rooms. The location was perfect as it was within walking distance to every where we needed to get (restaurants, sites, shopping). The rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and very helpful.
Nothing!

Good
I liked the facility and quite beach. Staff was nice, rooms were nice.
I didn't like the long waiting times for the meals in the different bars (especially the beach bar, >1 hour for a salad), also not many options around the hotel. The breakfast was too expensive (>40 dollars/person)

Pleasant
The location. Was great as I sat by the beach in the mornings and watched the cruise ships dock
The actual cost of the room exceeded what Booking.com indicated would be the full amount on including taxes.
I was also billed $108 for an expense that I did not incur

We use this hotel for yacht crew bookings and the location is perfect.
The additional charges for items that are included in the price in 99% of other hotels such as water and housekeeping always give me pause when seeing the bill.

Wonderful
Central, clean and great facilities
Ordering food and drink took along time, even though the restaurant and bar were not that busy.

Very Good
It was a great location, and a very elegant hotel. The rooms were very clean and very comfortable.
The cruise ships spoil an iconic, classic hotel!. They were always moving in and out of berths nearby, blowing the horn, and playing music that you could hear from a quarter of a mile away. There were an eyesore. Also, one day the pool was inundated with cruise ship people there on a day pass and you could not get a chair.

Disappointing
The sun and ocean
Windows very dirty, barley look outside, tv not working for day and a half, server in bar restaurant brought wrong food, so the two of us had to eat separately. First day I had to ask for room making after 5. Very small beach.

Wonderful
Grand old hotel downtown. Great location to explore the island, with great facilities including pools.
When we arrived at 6pm, our room was not ready yet. Vague excuses about other guests checking out late and a drink with snacks for compensation. They could have done much better there. Hence not ten but nine stars.

Property’s history and location. The pool and beach were good. It was interesting watching the cruise ships entering and leaving harbour. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Not enough beach lounges. Sushi bar should be open everyday. More restaurants within hotel would be desirable. Not enough variety in food choices.

Poor
The location was perfect. The hotel itself the lobby bar/restaurant was nice. Also, the pool area in the beach.
The rooms were not updated. Weren’t that cleaned my room that I booked had a really bad order. Also, the fridge was making a loud noise. They did move me to another room. Still had a bad odor.
