Beach property who attended the dining room should be commended for his excellent customer service skills. Shan the bartender was very courteous and professional.

I liked everything! All the staff were always very nice, helpful, and friendly. The food was delicious. The food at the buffet, by the pool, and at the Italian restaurant was amazing! The location is perfect! The hotel is steps from the sand and water. The water is beautifully blue and clear. We walked along the beach and were able to find an excursion to do right there. The rooms are very nice and spacious. The entire resort decorations are super cute and colorful. I absolutely loved it! The resort gets busy with tons of things to do, from pool music, live music in the evening inside, and a piano bar. We also walked to Baha Mar a few times. We took the public bus just 2 minutes from the hotel to downtown multiple times. Everybody in Nassau is very friendly!

The location. The beach is really nice and a bunch of stand are set up on the beach.
It’s extremely outdated. The TV was broken. Requested twice for them to come check the tv and they never did. Staff is extremely rude and acts annoyed by any request. Food is literally inedible. Restaurants are not worth the wait. If you want anything good to eat, we recommend waking up and making the buffet breakfast. Didn’t get the room we booked over 5 months in advance and were told “it’s first come first serve”, but was still charged for the room we didn’t get.

This hotel hasnt seen a penny worth of renovation in years.
the lunch and dinner meals changed very little day to day. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Wonderful
It was very relaxing, met wonderful people, all staff was friendly. I would give the staff a 100%. Our favorite areas: pool, pool bar, pool grill, Piano bar. With the number of people staying at the resort I thought staffing and facilities were managed very efficiently.
Could use a little updating especially in the area of technology. WiFi upgrated, USB accessibility in rooms.
