Location to activities and the ability to access a variety of different resources.
We had an absolutely amazing time last year from the beginning to the end at your resort. Unfortunately, we felt that our check-in and out
experience was not friendly.

El hotel es increíble, muy bien cuidado, las actividades y la comida son buenisimas
El servicio es pésimo, de hecho el peor que he recibido en la vida. Los empleados de la recepción, los de dolphin cay y en algunas atracciones tenían la peor actitud. Parecían aburridos con su trabajo y enojados con los clientes. Nada dispuestos a guiar o dar soluciones, parecía que les molestara cualquier interacción. Que tristeza porque dañan una experiencia que podría ser perfecta.

Staff was courteous and helpful. The hotel was clean and comfortable.
There seem to be less pool chairs and towels than guests & it was a competition every morning to ensure you got a chair/towel. Couldn't use the beaches at other areas on the property.

It was the most amazing stay for our family. We loved the experience, the aquariums, the beaches, the restaurants and service. We’ll come back for sure!
The prices can be cheaper for food and better variety for the breakfast.

The entertainment at the facility was fantastic. The sea creatures are mind blowing and the kids loved the rides when they worked and didnt get stuck on them. One slide stopped mid ride with my little stuck in it. Staff didnt know where to find the kiddo and were not helpful in a csary expoer
The resort had construction in the rooms on the sides and above us. They were raining down building materials onto our patio from pieces of concrete, self tapping screws, and metal door handles with their cigarette butts. During the day the rooms sounded like active construction sites with hammer drills going non stop

Everything was great! Checking in was easy. London was friendly and most accommodating . The room was beautiful, the vibe of the Royal was fabulous, surroundings felt safe, and the kids had a great time on the slides. The attractions are A+.

The rooms were lovely, and very clean. Except for our very slow draining shower .
The property was beautiful, and the staff were all extremely professional and friendly.
There is something for everyone and age. We all had a great time.
Everything is expensive! But I get, it must cost a small fortune to keep everything up and going

I love the property
The security staff are very different towards people of color. Not in a good way. Almost like you dont belong there. More aggressive in asking to see keys or hand tag. That seriously needs to be address.

Very nice staff
Food and taxes extremely expensive Toilet kept back washing without being in bathroom. Water tasted awful in refilling stations. Ice machines on floors3-5 Royal tower all were broken. 4 people in rm only 1 wash cloth n hand towel.

There were a few issues i reported to guest services like as broken tissue holder and some red stains on the rug just to make them aware I met the room in that condition but otherwise the room was perfect!
