The grounds are gorgeous especially if you love the marine life. A wild manatee came up into the lagoon. The staff is hit or miss friendly or helpful. Island time service is slow, understandable, but a lot of staff are flat out UNFRIENDLY. In customer service, that's just disappointing. Food was good but expensive.

This place feels like a complete tourist trap and a money grab. Everything is overpriced for what you get, and the experience just isn’t worth it. I definitely won’t be going back. They over charged my credit card, they say it’s a deposit you will get it back, but no you don’t get it back.

Amazing facilities with a top notch waterpark and aquariums. Service was excellent.
It felt really expensive. $100.00 for breakfast for two people ? $8.00 for a cup of meh coffee ?

The hotel is set within expansive and beautifully maintained grounds, offering an impressive array of activities and attractions to explore. With so much to see and experience, there was never a shortage of things to do throughout our visit. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel and found our stay to be both relaxing and memorable.
Upon our arrival, we were informed that there were insufficient rooms available to accommodate our reservation as originally confirmed. Despite having booked lodging for four guests, we were allocated a room containing only a single bed, which was clearly unsuitable for our party’s needs. This discrepancy between our confirmed booking and the accommodation provided caused considerable inconvenience and discomfort at the outset of our stay.

Water park and design of the property is nice, also most staff were nice but not tbe staff working in the Cove!
Room was not clean! Drinkable water was smelling bad! Regular water for taking shower is even worst! But the worst exprince was the people who work in Cove property, although it is to walk in the all area of the hotel, but when you are just passing by or getting close to the Cove property people over there are giving you a really bad attitude! It’s just a small tiny pool which is same as all other pools in the property and you do not have to talk to people like that! Imagine you are walking in the property and enjoying your vacation and just someone with a really bad attitude show up and say what are you doing here? Or you can not pass here it’s only for cove guests! Okay but I do not care about the Cove and I wanna pass by to see the rest of the property

Location on the beach . Clean rooms. Many available activities. $$$$
Seems everything except the beach towel is expensive. $75 dollars "resort fee " daily per room after you pay 400+ for a decent room is ridiculous. Food seems overpriced. The resort itself is not 4 stars, maybe 3.5 .

Great location, resort amenities of all different types but especially the aquariums, beach, waterpark.
We didn't have hot water most of the time in our room. They sent a plumber to fix it and it was only moderately warm water and would go cold. they gave us $75 back apparently. They need more dinner options beside the VERY expensive Nobu.

the air conditioning is so cold and water filter never gets to clean we have to pay water bottles and it so so expensive
