Perfect location! Near the airport and Hertz car rental.
Safety issues: Balcony's wooden railing was rotted and detached. Was not a safe area for my toddler while a few floors up. Thank God he wasn't hurt.

The challenges were poor WiFi, and housekeeping - the room during my stay was not cleaned for about two days, and there was no water to be purchased at the hotel.

Only the pool, the staff in front desk were rude the over charged me $500, I’ve never gotten my incidentals back that I’ve never used there before
The door had holes, the ac turned off, the chair was musty and old, the room was outdated , tvs were out dated, the staff was rude, the bathroom shower heads had mold , the sink had soap scum.

Sabor restaurant and bar were Excellent. Food and beverages were impeccable.
I had a hard time adjusting the AC. I was hoping to find a microwave in the room.

The location was good for my purposes. The room was quite nice, with a comfortable bed and adequate seating options. Nice strong shower.
The absence of a microwave was a bit of a disappointment and maybe some decaf tea could have been made available (with less artificial sugar).
