Wonderful
Very friendly staff and great apartment with everything we needed
The swimming pool area was very warm because the windows don’t open. Also there is only one ac in the room, so the living room is warmer

The building is well preserved and staffs are very friendly and supportive.
They suite was enough large. Had everything set for the stayed time.
Restaurant just downstairs of the hotel is easy to get meals and stuff are great.
I had asked for a quite room without noise from the street. They let me 6 floor room 163. The building aren’t anti noise windows so was quite noises from the cars motorbikes.

The location is excellent, the pool is excellent, the room with a balcony (and small kitchenette) was well-equipped and spacious, there's a convenience store just a few feeet away. Very hot and strong shower and fluffy towels. Staff is very friendly.
The lobby may need abit of updating. The breakfast was the only low point. Not much variety and every day exactly the same. There were the usual fruit slices (melon, pineapple and advocado), scrambled eggs wirh "saussages", fruit juices and a variety of breads. But, it was missing the type of breakfast Brazilian hotels are known for.

The apartment was large and fairly well equipped, although could have done with a few more utensils in the kitchen (a chopping knife, colander, corkscrew, for example).
The bed was comfortable and the shower was good.
The employees were all lovely. Friendly and helpful. So nice.
The common areas are a little dated. The pool area is not very nice and needs an overhaul.

The location, room size and Cleanliness.
The Breakfast Restaurant Manager should be Fired. Very rude, no manners of communicating with Guest.
There was no Tea and the boiled water was always cold. All the tea boxes were empty and minimum amount of cereals and no cold milk or yogurt. This is the first hotel that I have stayed in where the breakfast is so pathetic..
Future guest should not book breakfast.

Good location, in the center of the city - many restaurants around, main street nearby, not noisy.

Close to everything for shopping and restaurants
The property never made me aware of construction going on. My room constantly heard hammering/building noises. Dirty bathroom (black mold), subpar breakfast, not worth the money spent

Amazing and safe location. Room was a great size with a generous balcony. Cheaper than most comparable hotels in the area.
Room a little uncomfortable and noisy. Can hear everything from outside and centrally located so there’s a lot of noise. Single beds tiny and uncomfortable. Breakfast selection really poor. Shower spilled onto floor every time.

Everything’s awesome! Location, people & facilities. Feels like home. Staff are friendly and caring. We are really grateful that on the night of arrival, due to flight delay we arrived after 10pm exhausted and hungry. The front desk agent offered to helped us order food delivery and he was very patient in the communications. Unfortunately we didn’t have chance to see him again to show our gratitude ?❤️ we checked in on 21 Aug, would you please help us share the thank message?
We didn’t want to leave that early! If we knew it’s so nice here, we would have come earlier as we have to catch the flight back home ;(
