Very colose to Avenida Paulista. A must for someone that needs to be there. Trafffic in São Paulo is chaotic. Hotel facilities are good, but not outstanding. OK for the price.
I was expecting a pool I could really swim. It is more like a tank, located in a rooftop. No one would like to stay there to tan.

Location is great. Staff is very kind. The room has good space, but the bathroom is very small.
Breakfast has few options. I couldn't use the 16th floor because it was closed, so couldn't use the gym. I was nos advised in advance my stay and got charged full rate even I didn't get all the services.

+ Great location near Avenida Paulista, grocery store, pharmacy, laundry service, restaurants, etc.
+ Large room and bathroom.
+ Polite staff.
+ Bed comfort is okay.
+ In general, clean.
+ Breakfast is simple but good (reasonable variety of fruits, cakes, and savory food.) They also offer tapioca and omelet freshly made if you like. The breakfast room is quite comfortable, never full.
+They assigned our bedroom next to our friend's even without asking for it --very nice!
- The hotel is good, but this isn't really a 4-star hotel for international standards. It's a decent 3-star hotel.
- This is an old hotel with old fashioned decor.
- The walls are not really soundproof, we could hear a lot from the corridors.
- AC needs thorough cleaning.
- Not the best shower (weak stream.)

Prime location in the Jardins, within (safe) walking or easy uber distance of great bars and restaurants. Excellent breakfast and very attentive staff. The room was very clean.

It’s in a great location. Bela Cintra and nearby Oscar Freire offer great restaurants, bars, coffee shops and shopping and are very safe. It’s also very close to Av Paulista, which isn’t very nice, but has good access to the Metro and buses. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with good aircon and a nice shower. The staff were incredibly helpful and nice.
The gym could do with updating. There’s lots of wasted space which surrounds it but isn’t used at all, some more equipment would make it an excellent gym. The pool is the world’s smallest, and is probably not worth having. Breakfast was disappointing. There’s plenty on offer, but it wasn’t very good. There are excellent breakfast restaurants right across the street, so I’d recommend not including breakfast in your booking and going outside.

Exceptional
The rooms were very quiet, with comfy beds and a great shower. There was a good breakfast and a very friendly staff. The hotel has an excellent location, very close to Av. Paulista. The pool was on maintenance, so I couldn't check the other facilities.
The pool being on maintenance without a previous notice was a disappointment, but I've booked the night before staying, so I can understand.

Location, staff are really welcoming and accommodating.
Good breakfast.
You can hear everything from the outside, rooms are not isolated. There is not an actual pool, looks more like a jacuzzi.

Clean, big room. Couples bed was spacious. Located two blocks away from Avenida Paulista and the Consolacao metro stop, which makes moving around the city convenient.
The TV and safe did not work in our room. Also, there was this weird creaking noise coming out of the walls. Talked to reception about, they did send someone up to fix the TV, said they would fix the safe but never did, and told me the creaking noise was from the AC. This did not make sense as it was cold and no one had their AC on.

The staff is very nice and helpful. They helped me change rooms when my first room was too noisy for conference calls (due to hotel renovation) and they called to make sure I was able to retrieve my passport when at first I thought I forgot my security code to the safe. Breakfast was good too. Thanks!
Due to the convenient location of the hotel it was hard to escape car noise I think no matter which room you are in. But the car noise dies down later into the night. My first room was older than my second room so I think all the rooms are being renovated gradually.
