My room was really an apartment really well designed. Loved the distribution and how comfortable it was. Breakfast was delicious.
The bathroom might need some updates.

I have always stayed at this property for the last years when i come to Brazil. Used to be nicer, now specially after they start being RBandB everything came worst. Staff REALLY poor prepared and rude! installations and formiture needs to be updated. I needed one shirt ironed on Friday at 15:00 and nobody could help me. They were closed until monday. I asked for an iron to borrow and even after a manutenções guy said they have it, they said no, “we don’t have iron to lend”. Early check in??? forget about it, just for those RBandB customers. Looks like they don’t care for the customers anymore, you can get rooms like this everywhere around, same price, location etc and better customer service. All those flat around offers same location with better service. Not staying anymore

Excellent location , excellent staff at front desk . Great housekeeping . Very nice buffet breakfast . I had an issue with renovation noise coming from an adjacent suite . The front desk then kindly upgraded me to another suite , with a balcony !
The building feels dated , as do the suites . However they are very spacious and ideal for longer stays .
I had ongoing internet connection issues . Losing connection while on zoom calls , or even watching streaming services on TV . Just annoying .

The staff were very nice especially in the restaurant downstairs for dinner, excellent service.
A few things were expired in the mornings by breakfast. The airco is too strong blowing, too old, no isolation in the room, too hot in the room, the bed was very uncomfortable we barely slept. Sadly nobody spoke English or other language than Portugese.

The room we received has a very old furniture and the air conditioning worked intermittently. At least our room needs significant reconditioning. The afternoon staff does not speak English.

Clean, spacious and comfortable appartements.
Best location, in a quiet street just a couple minutes walk from Avenida Paulista.
Helpful staff, that was willing to speak either Spanish or English, which was a big plus for me because I can’t speak Portuguese….
Amazing gym and delicious breakfast.
The bedroom window of apartment 417 needs to be replaced.

I loved the classic style of the rooms, how spacious it was. The breakfast was excellent with many options. And the location is perfect - right near Paulista. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
One light in my room didn't work, but it wasn't crucial. Everything else worked perfectly. I personally liked the style of the rooms, but I could see some people feeling it isn't as modern as they would like. There was chipped paint here and there, which I found super charming but some might be bothered by.

The location of the hotel is excellent, very close or easy to access the important points of the city. The confort and cleanness of the room are excellent.
I did not have any problem with my late check-in , around 1AM, however I would expect a little bit more help from the staff with my bags. I was alone, carrying two heavy bags and I expected someone to carry one them from the main entrance to the reception desk and then from the reception desk to the lifts.
The maintenance of the rooms could also be improved. The was a lamp missing in the bedroom. Not a big problem, but it should not happen.
I don't like the fact that currently the hotel has only an extremely expensive restaurant in the premises forcing the guest that is not willing to be exploited to look for a place to eat outside the hotel which may be a little dangerous depending on the time of the day.
