I liked the hotel atmosphere as well as the stuff behaviors and the foods there.
I had to book an uber cause i missed the shuttle which is in terminal 2 but i landed on terminal 3. So for international travelers i think having shuttle at terminal 3 would give more good experience to us.

The shuttle bus took 1.5 hours to pick up from airport.
I called 2 times the hotel and they could not tell me when the shuttle bus was coming. If i knew it was going to take that long i would have taken a taxi or uber.

Great price and location. Rooms are clean, cozy and comfortable. Breakfast had good selections. Wonderful customer service - willing to adjust my check out time due to late flight departure. Thank you very much for your kindness! Much appreciate it.. I would stay here again because of great customer service and comfortable room! Great location and price. Highly recommend. p.s. having massage (SPA) service was very nice!
I cannot think of any- but it would be nice to have info that bus will depart airport terminal 2 parking lot (East side) at every 30 min. Thought the shuttle will depart airport at the top of the hours... found out that it is depart hotel at top of the hour and pick up from airport will be 30 min. Wish it had more shuttle service to the airport.

Great customer service. Room was clean, comfortable and cozy. Lots of space in the each room. Breakfast was good. For the price by the airport - it has great value. Air conditioning was working well. Tinted windows were good. Even though under the approach path of aircraft, the noise did not bother me at all. Good shower- water pressure. Refrigerator worked well. You can hear the noise thru the hall, but I think people were respectful of time. They were also nice enough to let me stay extra hours after check out with extra fee.. Thank you very much!
Wish there were more shuttle bus to airport. Just once top of the hour departure from hotel and half past for airport pick up. It only stop at terminal 2. If you are leaving for International flight, you will need to walk from terminal 2 to terminal 3. That is the only negative thing I can think of -- requesting more frequent shuttle bus service.

I cannot understand why there are still hotels that refuse to provide even the basic facilities in the room to make yourself a cup of tea or coffee. It is really disappointing. It seems they want to force you to buy everything instead. Considering the price I paid, that is the very least they could provide. Had to go down to the kitchen to ask for a cup of hot water...for goodness sake. Would it really be too much to ask for a complimentary bottle of water in the room as well? The soap dispenser in the shower is also pathetic. They can certainly do much better.

Disappointing
The breakfast was pretty good, and the buffet style dinner was nice. The restaurant staff was nice. My bed was good, shower was hot, internet worked good.
The heat in my room stopped working and it was pretty cold. I told the guy at the desk, he said someone would come, they didn't so I went for a run. I told the guy I was leaving and thought he concurred that maintenance could go look at it while I was gone. I came back 2 hours later, I was thinking the longer the better. However, the guy did not come in the 2 hours because I was not in the room. So, they told me to wait in the room. This irritated me because I was wet and cold from running and now, I was in a cold room waiting around and my hands were turned purple and white. The guy came and left.
Someone then called and said I would need to switch rooms. This was a drag as all my stuff had to be moved and I had one day in Sao Paulo and it was being wasted on this. They moved me to a smaller room where the heat still didn't work. I called to them and they told me to wait for someone. I gave up, I had to get my laundry done and do some other errands and take a shower. Of course, they came when I was in the shower.
THere was not even the idea that maybe I should be apologized to or get a discount. In fact, the lady who gave me the new room key was rude as if I had done something to her and when she wrote the room number it looked like it said either 239 or 234, but it didn't work on either of those rooms. So, there I was....again...and she tells me it is a 7, but I have never seen a seven that looked like that in my life and I am 50 years old. NEVER would have guessed it was a 7. A seven does not have a circular look to it in anyway.
I want to be nicer, but I can't. I didn't pay money to be cold for 2 days, and the gym sucked. Only one of the three treadmills worked, and the floor was wood so if any sweat dropped on it, then it was slippery. THey also did not supply towels in the gym which is odd.
