breakfast is very poor, little chance, small and dark place, pay little attention on the sufficiency and creativity on breakfast,even less satisfied than other 4 stars hotel.
the room is alleged 35m2, but most of the space is WC, the facility is old and poor, the breakfast is so poor, why don't you pay more attention on the diet? no fresh cooked main dish, very little choice, no healthy food, no on-diet food. It shows poor management.

perfectly friendly and helpful staff helped us out with everything we needed, thank you!! the hotel is very big, slightly old-fashioned but very good - it has everything you need, everything works and rooms are very spacious.
my room had a door annex to another room which made it a bit loud when the other guests arrived (not sound proof) and they tried opening the door which was creepy (maybe put a sign "door to another room")

The water of the pool was really dirty. We could not use it. House keeping was a bit erratic. I had to call to get my room done after two days.

furniture ,Mouquet in room looks old specially lobby furniture
staff is very good but 99% don't speak English only Portuguese and Spanish .very difficult to find some one speak English or even French or Italian or German .they have their phone in hand and use google translate for every answer or question
