Attentive staff, good location, fair price, cheaper than other decent places nearby in São Paulo.
The building and furniture are old, so expect some sticky surfaces on the kitchen, a funky sofa (eww), some "old place" smell and a not very comfy shower, but it was hot, which is good. If they did a deep cleansing and a stable ventilation, maybe would be better... but for Brazilian standards, this is "clean", so, ok...

It’s large and clean. Loved the location and the staffs were very kind.
Just the bathroom… The shower didn’t warm up properly, and the toilet flush was too weak for me.

Very clean, very nice room, good value
The swimming pool is very small and felt like a sims pool as it didnt have a ladder so it was quite difficult to get in and out :)

Location, employees were friendly, room was cozy.
Bathroom door was rotten and needs to be replaced. Way too noisy: one can hear what happens in neighboring rooms. I am a light sleeper so I was awakened several times.

The apartment has old decoration and furnitures but it's clean! The access is good, has parking in the location but you need to pay R$ 20,00 per/night.
The location is good, approximately 15 minutes walking to famous Liberdade fair that occurs in Friday's and Sunday's.
The tv isn't smart so don't have Netflix or other stream access. Have a ventilator in the room but did ruid só difficult to sleep

Close to Japantown and Chinatown. Quite cheap regarding access to sauna and pool.
Sauna only available from 6-7 for ladies and 7-8 for men.
It is a loot of construction happening around area. So a little bit much noise
