We arrived at 9pm from a 24hrs trip...despite making booking the reception was rude and was harsh when we asked about facilities and how we can get some things while using a translator, he was not interested in reading or hearing it....we had asked for Multiplug for charging and drinking water...he just responded harshly....he seemed to be a racist as he was okay with white people.

Incredibly lovely and helpful guy on reception let us check in early when we arrived absolutely exhausted, that was amazing.
Comfortable bed.
Well stocked and cheap (for the UK) mini bar.
Shampoo, soap and conditioner provided.
Really quiet.
Not far from the bus station by Uber.
Very small room, almost the size of the bed!
Bathroom wasn't well ventilated so had a dirty water smell.

Comfortable and safe environment to stay when exploring Sao Paulo.
Good pizza restaurant at front of property (hotel owned). Good bars within 50m.
Good Metro access.
Area is considered unsafe after dark by locals (our guide warned us and it's pretty obvious anyway to be fair). Don't wander too far after dark, and not at all late on, unless getting a taxi to/from the property.
