Nice staff, easy clear access to enter/leave, good WiFi.
The hardest bed I’ve ever tried to sleep on (couldn’t sleep because it was so uncomfortable). The room was so small, with a suitcase on the floor there was no where to walk.

We just stayed there for one night and left quite early the next day. The location and staff was quite nice, especially the breakfast seemed to be decent which we unfortunately had to skip. The Pousada is a quite simple place, for short term stays in São Paulo adequate, for longer stays I'd recommend a more comfortable place. In general I can recommend it!

The staff, where very friendly,helpful and flexible.they have great contacts, If you have a big group or lots of suitcase (as we did) they can sort out taxi and drivers on arrival and take you to the accommodation. Even found you a driver for your need during your stay. Felt super safe. Great food selectionfor breakfast. Some snacks and drinks available to purchase as well. Close to walk to main road shops malls and plaza to pick from.
We would stay there again any time we are in that are...the ambience/ retreat feel is on point, different seating areas.
Its not a new building and paint isnt fresh, but its a great accommodation.
Can't thank all the staff enough for making our visit to Brazil so memorable.

I loved my stay here. Everyone was so so friendly and welcoming. I felt safe at all time and got even invited to have a breakfast at arrival (which I really didn't expect). The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was always clean.

Facility was in a great location, staff was helpful and kind, breakfast was good, the common areas were very cute and comfortable, bonus pet cat!
The actual room smelled obviously like mold, the bed sheets were very thin (which would have been less of an issue if there was a bed cover), bathroom is so small that you cannot be inside and open the door easily at the same time.

My husband and I enjoyed everything at this place ... the food was really good and fresh. The staff was amazing...we really want to come back im a couple of years with our 2 kids....is super clean, quiet and relaxing... I am gonna miss these place so much...I felt like home ?? Thank u to Pedro...Roberto...Bruna..and everyone there they really good People... I would highly recommend this place to everyone looking for a safe and comfy área in SP

It’s in a great location, friendly and helpful staff, nice outdoor area.
For us the bed was quite hard, it could do with a soft topper. but bed firmness is a personal choice and its hard to be perfect for everyone.
Air-conditioning would be a worthwhile improvement.
