Great location in safe area surrounded by nice coffee shops and restaurants. Very close to metro. Otherwise accomodation disappointing.
Mold in bathroom, windows that don't close, shabby Equipment of rooms. Needs updating.

The staff is super attentive and welcoming, I had to have a very late check-out and was out of reach during the day, so they made sure they had my number right and contacted me in advance, sent me a video showing me exactly what I would have to do to check myself in and even left me a number for emergencies either way. The location is great, right around the corner of the Paraíso Metro Station, and it's not in a dangerous area (for São Paulo standards anyway). The room is not big but it wasn't cramped by any means, so it didn't bother me one bit. Everything was clean, both room and bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and had an electric socket behind the side table, the room had cable TV and a spacious desk with an electric socket right by it. The bathroom had a spacious shower, clean and soft towels and toiletries. I personally had a great experience and would stay again for sure.
The AC in my room was an old model that was loud, and while it didn't bother me as much it can be a problem for light sleepers. In general the facilities feel a little dated, you can definitely see the wear of time on the doors, floors, and bed linen, but then again everything was clean, it will only bother you if you're neat picky about that kind of stuff because it is noticeable.

There is not lift and if you get room on 2-3th floor it's not easy move out and in . Especially if you have luggage or you are smoker.
In the bathroom was very hot water and you can't regulate it
