These rooms have 85 ft² of comfortable space. For those looking for even more comfort, the Luxury Couple Suite is the ideal choice. Spanning a generous 144 ft², this suite offers a double bed, an additional sofa bed and a kitchenette. And for an even better experience, we have the Executive category. These newly renovated rooms offer a modern ambiance, with one queen bed or two single beds, as well as complimentary water for your convenience. For leisure moments, guests can relax at the bar, in the heated pools, one indoor and one outdoor, in the sauna and exercise in our Fitness Center and court; We have a complete infrastructure here. Additionally, room service is available 24 hours a day for guests' convenience. We have a completely renovated Convention Center, consisting of 12 rooms that can accommodate up to 300 people in an auditorium. Additionally, we offer a personalized Food & Beverage service to meet the diverse needs of corporate and social events. Strategically located just 1804 feet from Congonhas Airport. Breakfast was good and room was big.
The airport transfer that was mentioned at the time of booking was not provided. I received all the instructions and waited at the airport, but after a long wait I called and was informed that the transfer was no longer available. When I arrived at the hotel, the staff showed little concern and stated that it was not the hotel’s responsibility. In addition, the check-in process was extremely slow. Priority was given to pilots and aircraft crew members, which resulted in a significant delay. From the time I arrived at the airport until I finally received my room, it took approximately two hours.

The reception was not very friendly. The room was advertised with a kettle and we had to ask for same. The toilet was not working properly and got blocked on the first use. Toilet seat was loose and the dirty marks on the carpets was not very appealing.

Breakfast was excellent! There were eggs, fresh fruit, rolls, cake, and more.
The carpet on the 22nd floor is stained and needs replacement.

The hotel is very close to Congonhas airport and they have a great transfer to the airport. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was comfy.
The hotel isn’t as modern as it appears which wasn't a problem for me.

Housekeeping did not clean daily Terrible, hard, thin towels Magnetic key cards constantly didn’t work Complicated elevators which required the card to move but sometimes worked and sometimes not. Being in a dark elevator with the doors shut and not moving is a disagreeable feeling. Breakfast was very basic. Very little variety from one day to the next. Replacements and refillings of food and utensils was slow. Same fruits every day and sometimes not ripe.

Very well located if you’re about to travel domestic out of CGH, we had a suite that gave us a little space with a fridge and microwave, dishwasher etc. Excellent breakfast

Structure of aparthotel, some ppl own flats, others are managed by Atlantica. The hotel is now much better after the big renovations of 2023 have been completed. Last year I had been there, l loved the location in front of a supermarket/ wholesale market (Assaí) as well as being in front of CGH airport, but the renovations caused confusion. The hotel is now very organized
I remembered the breakfast wasn't great and imo probably is more like a 3 star hotel standard for Brazilian standards, but it was a bit worse than I remembered The biggest issue is it is available in theory from 6a to 10am, but around 9:30am sometimes earlier the staff stop refilling many things including fruit, types of bread and even yogurt at times. If you buy stuff for your apartment that has a kitchen, like I did the family suit, you may be less vulnerable to the rather poor breakfast service for a property that is 4 star in theory. If a prime breakfast experience is a must for you in this region you of SP then you will certainly be best served at 5 star options like the Wyatt or Hilton morumbi
