The hotel consists of two towers and was designed to meet the needs of a varied public traveling for business, events or leisure. eSuites Congonhas offers three room categories to meet your accommodations needs. All options include air conditioning, an electronic safe, a private bathroom and a work area. Our first option is the Superior category, where you can choose between a double bed or two single beds. These rooms have 85 ft² of comfortable space. For those looking for even more comfort, the Luxury Couple Suite is the ideal choice. Spanning a generous 144 ft², this suite offers a double bed, an additional sofa bed and a kitchenette. And for an even better experience, we have the Executive category. These newly renovated rooms offer a modern ambiance, with one queen bed or two single beds, as well as complimentary water for your convenience. For leisure moments, guests can relax at the bar, in the heated pools, one indoor and one outdoor, in the sauna and exercise in our Fitness Center and court; We have a complete infrastructure here. Additionally, room service is available 24 hours a day for guests' convenience. We have a completely renovated Convention Center, consisting of 12 rooms that can accommodate up to 300 people in an auditorium. Additionally, we offer a personalized Food & Beverage service to meet the diverse needs of corporate and social events. Strategically located just 1804 feet from Congonhas Airport. If you are arriving on a trip, our proximity to the airport makes your stay even more pleasant, especially with our free shuttle service available to take you directly from the hotel to the airport. Spacious Room Reception staff who spoke English were very helpful Iron and iron board available in this room (very bad condition with a very dirty iron board cover) Split unit ACs meant cooler rooms (load noise though) The proximity to the airport didnt bother me at all noise wise
Outdated room (stain on carpet and chairs and curtains) Hygiene is questionable (mold in bathroom, bugs, and spider webs) Tv is slightly larger than my iPad Pro with useless channels if you are a foreigner The Wi-Fi disconnects every hour if your lucky every 2 hours I came across only two staff members of the reception speaking English (this made communications with the rest very very challenging) As a Muslim the only thing I could eat from the breakfast buffet was bread and cereal and fruits (very few options) The restaurant in the hotel is a 2 out of 10 based on staff attitude, lack of English and the food Ive never came across a hotel with no complimentary water bottles Basic amenities such as slippers, etc not provided in the room Expect regular power outages Be careful with the power outlets (I was almost electrocuted) No power outlets in master bedroom so if youre thinking of charging your phone while in bed thats not possible unless you disconnect the night lamp The lights in the hallway operate on mission sensors, therefore if you peak from the magic eye all you will see is pitch black and at some point when your leaving your room or just coming out from the elevator you will not be able to even see your own hands and that made me feel very unsafe for a few seconds

Excellent location, great staff and really good restaurant. They also offered transfer to the airport which was really helpful.
The room wasnt the best, specially the shower. Definitely not up to a 4 star standard. Also it was a bit confusing to find the entrance to the hotel at night time as they are renovating the main lobby.

Good value for money if booked early, for 700 BRL per night there probably is sth more high end
The renovation is causing confusion. The staff forgot to wake me up. Then at the last day I paid for late checkout in advance and after the normal checkout time I kept getting numerous calls and was disturbed twice by staff knocking at my door with the do not disturb sign displayed The front desk was generous to not charge me for the last day mini bar expenses as a form of spontaneous compensation. I think they probably are better than this. I do understand the problems generated by the renovation but this kimd of stuff has nothing to do with the renovation itself. I'll give it a second chance but FYI if you don't have much patience avoid it until it's over

Breakfast: nice to have fruit and hot options. However, no variation during the week Bed: firm, but bouncy and a bit small (standard double) for a couple. Clean linens. View nice from room. Nice pools, including a very warm wading pool and cool, but comfortable swimming pool.
Single pane windows: noisy, both due to traffic, ambulances, motorbikes and constant plane arrivals and departures. Appearance of rooms: very worn paint, soiled furniture, dirty-looking electrical face-plates.

It was great for one night layover in Sao Paulo. The room is comfortable and air conditioned. The hotel shuttle bus took 5 mins and dropped me right to the airport terminal.
