Room was great with fridge, table to eat breakfast and comfortable bed. I’ve travelled 1 month in latin america and this room had the best shower I’ve had since travelling. Staff was friendly and breakfast good, they bring it to the room in the time we chose. Very good service, thank you.

The staff was welcoming and helpful (through WhatsApp). The daily room cleaning was nice. There were fresh towels each day. Breakfast was brought to your room at a designated time you chose. It is in a good location in Bela Vista.
Solid wi-fi. Room was clean.
If you’re a light sleeper, I promise this place isn’t worth staying. Room walls are so thin that you can hear everything. The doors opening/closing and locking are very loud. The person could be 5 rooms down the hall, but it sounds like it's your door.
Throughout the night, people opening and closing doors. Knocking on doors for breakfast and alarms going off at 6:30 a.m.Just unbelievably loud.

The location seemed good, though I didn’t explore much around the property, so I can’t fully comment on the surroundings.
My room was quiet and peaceful, likely because I had requested a quiet room—but it didn’t have any view, which was fine for me.
Breakfast was fairly average, but it did the job and kept me going for a day of sightseeing.
The Wi-Fi connection was reliable and worked well throughout my stay.
Staff didn’t speak English, but we were able to communicate effectively through WhatsApp, which helped bridge the language gap..

If you are arriving after 06PM than you have to pay 150 Real through Pix ( A money transfer app in Brazil)

1) Cleanliness:
You don’t have to tell them, when you surrender your keys whenever you leave the hotel, they automatically clean your room. They would replace your towel, take out trash, fix your bed each time!
2) Breakfast:
When you decide a breakfast time for yourself, they will deliver your breakfast to your room each morning. It consists of 2 types of Bread, Ham and Cheese, Coffee and Milk, a Biscuit, and fruits!
3) Overall Vibe:
During the week of my stay here (February 2025), no construction going on, no noises! As a solo female traveler, I definitely felt safe throughout my stay. I work remotely too. I encountered some internet lagging, but overall I was able to work well.
No windows, but I don't really mind. The bed is a bit unproportional to the room size...

I really loved the staff's attention, the bed breakfast and it was very well located for my needs.
Hard to say, it exceeded a lot my expectations. Maybe the bed to room ratio, but that's just because the bed was really big and comfortable so the room looks smaller.
