It is a nice hotel in a quiet neighbourhood near the airport.
This time my room was noisier than previous stays. Something to do with the pipes from room ne t door. Every time someone had a shower next door i could hear a strong intermittent noise. I had ppl showering at 1 am!

Very smart front desk, useful transfer, great drivers.
Breakfast is good but fruits must be better selected.
Also staff in the kitchen looks like their have a party there, speaking and laughing very loud, unnecessary.

Poor breakfast compared to hotels in the same area. One of the 2 elevators was not working for several days. Facilities need renovation. AC did not work properly

Airport shuttle is convenient. The hotel is only good for one night. The staff is very trustworthy I accidentally double pay for the room and she came to made a refund without me noticing it at first.
Room is very old and towel was quite dirty. No water

I booked this place because I wanted to use the shuttle but that service was not provided upon my arrival. I had emailed (twice) the hotel 2 days before my arrival but no reply. Once I was at the airport, I called them but they couldn’t tell me where I should wait for the shuttle. I waited for more than 2 hours but no luck so I had to take a taxi.
Once I got to the hotel, i asked for some type compensation for the poor service, they told me they could not do anything about it. They were not in charge of replying emails. I never got a reply from them.
The room was dirty, towel were covered with hair, sheets weren’t clean either, and the worst part, the noise, staff were making noise after 11 in the corridors, at about 3 am a couple next door started fighting! It frightened me as they cursing and throwing things. I called the receptionist, she said they were aware of it but didn’t do anything about it!
Breakfast was not good either, limited options, mainly white bread, sausages, eggs were cooked in lard or some type of fat. Once it got cold the fat was so thick and tasted horribly!
It was a nightmare to stay there. I don’t recommend this place at all!

the shuttle ran once an hour; the front desk gave me the wrong directions to find the shuttle; the free breakfast is only available for a couple hours; the room was loud and the shower was not good.
