The hotel is amazing. I booked a room with two single beds. The beds are excellent, as are the blankets, sheets, pillows—everything. The room is extremely cozy. The bathroom is also excellent, very spacious and with a mirror.
The hotel has a gym for those who enjoy weight training. There is a beautiful swimming pool, perfect for taking photos. The breakfast was delicious.
La Residence is very close to Avenida Paulista and easy to access. There is valet parking available (paid separately).
Great experience. 1000/10!

Felt safe at the hotel. Safe neighborhood.
Comfortable bed and good shower
Reception team were nice but slow, and some didn’t know English. Breakfast was basic and below average.
Hotel seems to be a bit outdated and needs renovation

Location is great. It's walking distance from many shops and restaurants. Check in was easy. The laundry place they have downstairs is awesome and they charge a reasonable price.
This is a flat hotel so there are different room sizes and styles. I already stayed with them a couple of times so at this time my room was too small for the money. That's the only thing I have to say.

Location
They didn’t have a toaster at breakfast? Instead a cheese tomatoes machine. Rooms were very basic. No one knew how to use the television, so kids were upset. Beds weren’t as promised had to change rooms
