Not so confortable, bed sheets were very humid so it did not feel confortable.

The apartment is in very poor shape. We were very disappointed. A short list: no matches for the stove, no extra toilet paper, no laundry detergent. Visible mildew and rust in various locations. Ironing board broken. Left-hand handles did not work on any of the faucets. Shower has one temperature. TV does not work. Zero charm or elegance. We would definitely not stay here again.

EVERYTHING! The location is excellent, the amenities are great. It is safe, and had parking for our rental car! LOVED it.
The linen and towels need to be replaced. Honestly my one and only "complaint".

Great location. Very good size and layout if you need two rooms. Gilberto, the host, was very responsive and helpful.
There was a minor issue with the air conditioner downstairs that needs fixing.

The propriety is perfectly located , very close to the underground and to the main cool areas , 24h grocery. It is equipped and in a good condom.

Location is incredible. Few steps away from Av. Paulista. Close to bars, restaurants. Location-wise this is incredible. Communication with Gilberto, the owner, is easy. The keys were left with doorman and they stay there throughout the night.
Apartment is starting to show signs of age. Very simple decor but has the minimum to make a comfortable stay.

Wonderful
The location of the flat is incredible; literally a stone's throw from Avenida Paulista. The flat is also unbelievably quiet at night and the bedroom shutters are great at keeping the light out. The flat is also very well equipped.
I didn't like the fact that the car parking spaces in the garage were very tight and that at the time of booking we were unsure of the flat that we were renting as there are different sets of photographs for different flats that are available for rent.
