Wonderful
I stayed here for 4 nights and had a great stay.
The staff don’t speak English but they are all very nice and friendly, and we were able to communicate very well.
I loved the breakfast, it was always fresh and rich, and the lady is doing a great job.
The shower was comfortable with good water pressure, and hot water always available.
WiFi was not perfect (worked well but disconnected sometimes).
Location is great, just a few mins walking from Paraise metro station. Always felt safe at night.

no english spoken so would not recommend for non portuguese speakers
internet access very clunky with instructions in portuguese only. was able to access with google translate and helpful staff
security box in room did not work and was told quite a few didn't
didn't see any evidence of a fire evacuation plan

Great guys working there, easy to get help! The location is quite good, not far from the metro. Everything was clean!
Suspicious persons can be seen in the area near the hotel. The window partially showed the wall and bathroom window of another room.
