Location was great and the staff tried their best to be supportive
They made me change rooms at least 4 times: the first two rooms didn't have plugs in the room area, then they gave me an appropriate room but by the time i got there with my things, they said the room was already reserved so then they gave me a new room. The new room's door was hard to close, it was stuck a bit and we had to pull it hard, so when the cleaning ladies came they left the ROOM DOOR OPENED!!!' I was so scared when i got back and my room was opened. Then again they sent maintenance and tried to fix the door, but they couldn't and made me change rooms again.

Central area, wonderful views, spacious apartment. Nice breakfast. Helpful staff.
Room was a bit dated, safe wasn’t working and required replacement. Swimming pool was smaller than it looked in the pictures.

I picked this hotel for the location and it was perfect for us. There was a lot of choice for breakfast. The front desk staff was great. The beds were comfy. Great view.
We had the oddest room. It had a full kitchen but it was totally empty. I don’t see the point in offering a kitchen if it doesn’t have anything to cook with. It didn’t even have a coffee maker which I found really inconvenient. We were given 2 bottles of water over our 2 night stay. The carpet in the reception was very dirty.

The apartment's kitchen has basic equipment.
- very monotonous and "cheap" breakfasts. The same every day, differences in soft drinks (juice and flavored water) only. For a short stay of 2-3 days it's ok, but not for a longer stay.
- the worst coffee I've had in Brazil. There is supposedly a machine, but on... powder. If the hotel aspires to be a premium one, this is the first thing that needs immediate improvement.
- huge noise outside the window - every day at around 7:00 the street renovation started (circular saw and paving stones). We were accommodated on the 4th floor, so the noise was unbearable. The staff did NOT inform us about this fact and never once asked if everything was ok.
- cleanliness of the rooms - the rooms are not cleaned every day, the same applies to towels. In an emergency, you can ask for cleaning and it will work.
- very poor English at the reception
- fitness centre under renovation, access to the renovated part of the facility without problems
- no mineral water every day. What you get on the first day (water and tea/coffee) has to be enough for the entire stay - really? how much it will cost? 5-10 reais?
- TV not working properly
- WiFi is very slow and needs vouchers to work
- Premium rooms dosn't have sauna (only access to it).
and one more general issue - fake gold everywhere in the common areas - it hurts my eyes.
