Good, safe location and great value for money. Very friendly staff and a homely atmosphere in general. Good breakfast.
The room was extremely noisy due to a ventillator just outside and a window that didn't quite close.

Great location. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed. Good bedroom size according to price.

The breakfast did not have many options but it was good enough. The location was good, near the Sao Joaquim train station, just 3 blocks, and near the Paulista avenue. The neighborhood looks safe and there is no much traffic around.
