The room was nice. The staff was nice but they wouldn't give me refund. I decided to only stay one night because of safety concerns. The online pictures were taken professionally and did not accurately represent the hotel description.
The neighborhood was in extremely dangerous area. It wasn't safe to leave the hotel property walking.

Excellent location and amenities. Close to metro and bus terminals, restaurants and a variety of shops and pharmacies. Breakfast also good.
Outdated deco, in need of maintenance.

Cordial staff, hot water with good shower pressure, basic breakfast service.
No outlets close to the working table, no room heating, no microwave, hard mattress and very bad wifi speed, no acoustic isolation.
