No good experience to share.
Simply Overated! No one speaks English to begin with, including the manager! Then, they keep a territorial dog in the front desk lobby, which makes it hard to feel safe. They ignored all our messages from the beginning of our booking until after a week of checking out to get our refund. Misrepresentation of services that they can offer and accomodate. Our room was infested with ants and bugs, not a healthy environment, while on vacation. They switched us to a different suite but we had to pay extra money. Then we had to deal with construction noise in our new suite that we paid extra for. We had to leave after 4 nights instead of staying longer, for we had a miserable experience. This property gives a bad reputation to Booking.com. Something needs to be done! Thanks.

The location is in a beautiful area. It is within walking distance to everything. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. Avenida Paulista is within walking distance. I also liked that the hotel holds your bag for you if you arrive earlier than check-in time.
We booked the hotel for its hot tub, however, the water in the hot tub was not hot. The pool was actually warmer than the hot tub.

The location is very good and the staf of the restaurant was very friendly and helpful and some of the staff of the lobby. Most of the staff at the lobby is not helpful and not friendly at all.
One of the most unfriendly hotels I have ever stayed however some of the staff was very nice. Some of the staff are not willing to give any information or are not nice spoken or helpful at all. When calling for transportation some will only call the taxi that they work with. Those taxi can charge much more and take longer routes. One of the taxi drivers charged us twice the price for the ride. They also tell you the card is not accepted and you can not immediately check is you have been charged. Make sure you have the uber app and request your own transportation.

I’m a touring musician and I come through town often to play shows…it’s my favorite place to stay at in São Paulo, I love the neighborhood… the hotel is chill and has a lovely pool and sauna…

The location was great. The room was small but complete. Staff was competent and courteous.
There was very heavy perfume in the lobby and common areas that was overpowering and difficult to tolerate. I also had an allergic reaction to the sheets and was forced to sleep in my clothes. In general, they use very heavy perfume chemicals.

Location to reach points of interest around the city, with many nearby restaurants to eat in evening. Breakfast was also good, offering diverse choices.
You need to ask for a safe to be put in room, lighting is poor, the key deactivated and I had to walk down 10 floors. Pool is very small so wasn't motivated to ask for towels at desk that you have to return within an hour.

Great location in the city. The hotel has some fantastic amenities available, including a fantastic breakfast. Our room had a balcony with a view looking out directly over the city. Great restaurants and other attractions nearby!

The morning buffet was very nice, the room was clean and the indoor pool was cozy.
The sauna was incredibly cold. After asking the staff for help with turning on the sauna, they said the maximum temperature it could go was 60 degrees. However, the sauna would seem to turn off as soon as it reached 60 degrees and it would stay lukewarm.
