Great place for a Sunday stroll
Staff saw me holding my phone out for an Uber and whisked me inside. Big no no as motorcyclists snatch right out of your hand. That said area seemed remarkably safe and secure

Location: perfect. Close to Paulista Avenue, shoppings, grocery store, museums, parks, buses, and subway.
Breakfast: good with a lot of variety.
Room: newly remodeled and comfy.
Staff: very professional and friendly. The manager Andre is always available to resolve any issues.
Gym. Should have more equipments, but you can do your regular exercises.

The location is excellent, close to Avenida Paulista, some shops and shopping centres. Also some nice restaurants in the area. Staff is very friendly, I liked the balcony and also the swimming pool on the rooftop.
In the room itself, the furniture and the room itself could see an upgrade, it gets a bit old by now... I know that the hotel already has refurbished rooms but they were not available anymore to get...

Well located close to Av Paulista, felt very safe, spacious and comfortable rooms, great soundproofing on busy road, helpful and friendly staff, very powerful air conditioning, excellent breakfast included with nice outdoor covered terrace. Very fair price in such central location

Friendly staff, great breakfast, small but functional gym, small but nice roof top pool, clean room, comfy bed. All you need!
São Paulo is a very big city and it’s close to the metro lines (which we didn’t use), but uber everywhere in city was only a few pounds.

The hotel was well located. The staff were friendly and helpful in letting us store our luggage before checking in, and after checking out until our flight.
The room was fairly basic but clean and spacious. A good hotel that did the job we wanted.
Only slight complaint would be that some work was being carried out in what sounded like it was right above our room, this was however only during the day and therefore the noise wasn’t an issue to keep us awake.
