Disappointing
Breakfast was nice, comfortable bed
Floor was dirty, I asked them to wash it. When I came back the floor was still dirty. I talked to people in the reception, they sent someone the next day to wash it. And I still saw a lot of dust, hair (not mine), pieces of trash on the floor. All what hotel “did” with this situation is allowed us to do late check in. If you don’t care about property being clean, you can book it

Nice clean property, good location, good breakfast with exceptional manager.
Rooms with a view can be little noisy due to busy road upfront. Work around old plumbing should be considered.

It is a nice clean no frill hotel for a few night stay . It offers decent daily breakfast.
Can be little noisy at times at night. Complementary coffee and tea in the lobby or breakfast room could be a huge plus with the guests.

Was in the center of town, Breakfast was decent. THATS IT!
I paid through bookings.com and they charge me upon arrival and they don't answer my texts you just get AI when you connect to them through WhatsApp and absolutely no effort on their behalf to fix the problem now I have to deal with it with my bank they. charged me double with a smile on their face!! Wiring issues in my room the light would not turn off at night without taking the card out of the door. So I had to sleep with my phone and tablet charging or with a light on! DO NOT CALL THIS HOTEL IF YOU DONT SPEEK PORTUGUESE! Meny of the front desk staff ONLY SPEEK PORTUGUESE! I speak four languages fluently Spanish is one of them. They are bordered by all Spanish speaking countries and in the middle of South America. With many of the staff at the front desk they will really hang up the phone on you if you try to speak to them in Spanish or English and this is a hotel that sold on international platforms for tourism! AMAZING!

Location
Second time staying there. First time was great, staff was very accommodating so came back. Not the same experience. Rooms clean but not well maintained- bathrooms need a revamp. Not staying there again despite the great location.

The hotel is very modern and comfortable. The breakfast has many options and both cold and hot options. They have gluten free options and non-dairy milk available. The bed is comfortable and the location is excellent. Any time we had a question, the staff were there to help. It is close to two metro stations (maybe a 5 minute walk from each one). We would stay here again.

I keep coming back to this hotel for its cool vibe and excellent value. I love the spacious breakfast room and its friendly staff. The rooms are simple but large, modern, and comfortable. The location is unbeatable. The hotel is on the same block as the iconic Copan building, surrounded by a wonderful mix of bars, restaurants, and quirky independent shops. Across the street is Galeria Metrópole, São Paulo’s first shopping mall—an architectural gem filled with restaurants and unique stores instead of the usual chain outlets. Be sure to visit Paiol on the second floor for its beautiful handicrafts from all over Brazil.
Two caveats: Front-facing rooms can be noisy because the windows don’t provide much sound insulation, so I always bring silicone earplugs. Rooms at the back are currently affected by noise from a building under construction. I hope the hotel will eventually invest in better soundproofing. Also, be careful with your phone on the sidewalk in front of the hotel. Mine was snatched in a split second by a passing delivery cyclist. This type of theft is well known in the area, so it’s best to keep your phone out of sight when you’re outside.

A localização é perfeita, junto ao Copan e bem central, com vários restaurantes e atrações próximos. O hotel é bem organizado e super bonito. O quarto é excelente e espaçoso.

The reviews that mention this hotel's staff being exceptionally pleasant are all true. They go out of their was to help, always! The breakfast is amazing and the location is so central you can get to anywhere else with so much ease.
Not much to dislike, but perhaps the fact that there wasn't an in-house restaurant servicing guests at other times other than breakfast.
