Very nice breakfast, room, gym, sauna, hairdresser, all were great. Beautiful and comfy room, elegant entrance hall, nice balcony in the bedroom and staff also very attentive.
But, I was very disappointed with the hotel SPA (Buddha Spa franchise) that had no slots available on the 14th (the day I arrived) and would be closed the next day, because of a holiday, which makes no sense for a SPA inside a hotel. So, that said, I wasn't able to get a massage, as I intended.

Good location, that’s it. Dated rooms - had to move furniture to connect my phone. Breakfast was meh, but at least they had a piano. Took forever to check-out. Hotel is not quite 5 stars, like the neighboring Hilton or Sheraton:. It is more like 4 stars. Don’t care about either, just don’t advertise something it is not.

Beautiful, elegant, incredibly nice staff, as well as the accommodation. The best of all was having a pianist playing at breakfast. Very talented, beautiful selection, and it just prepared your soul to deal with the rest of the busy day of a city like São Paulo.
I would say the only small thing was that the food served in the restaurant was a tiny bit under the standards that it should be for such an amazing hotel. There are a few small problems with the food. Everything is very taste, but, for example, the raviolis, though was too thick, and the filet mignon was a bit too hard. But everything else made up for it.

Staff is great, very polite and attentive. The breakfast is a bit repetitive but there are lots of options so you can vary it yourself along the days. But the breakfast ambience with the live piano makes it 10 stars!
The room was spacious and comfortable, despite some details showing signs of age (for example the wooden wardrobe or balcony door slightly crocked) still gives a premium comfortable feeling.
The only downside to me was just a lack of ready available information in the bedroom about the hotel structure. Printed information should be available in the bedroom for the guests to consult (or a QR code to an online page, anything like that).
Things like breakfast time and location were passed to me verbally on check-in, but once I arrived at the bedroom there was nothing to remind the times, or telling what facilities are available and their locations (I never saw directions to a pool or gym for example), whether there was a restaurant in the hotel, times of operation, or even basic things like Wi-Fi information (I had to call front desk to ask about it).

Everything was extremely clean and organized. The room was spacious with a balcony. The hotel staff was extremely professional and helpful. The decor and atmosphere was elegant and wonderful. The shower pressure was wonderful. The bed was large and comfortable. The breakfast that was included with the hotel was amazing and had a very large variety of protein and fresh fruit.
The only thing that we were asked for was American style bubble bath, which was not available. Hardly something to complain about, with such a marvelous Hotel.

Great location about 10 minutes from the center, everything is within walking distance, the room was spacious and the breakfast was very good.
While the room is spacious, it does not have a closet, just a small area with hangers. With a room this big, there could have been more storage space for clothes.

Good location, great breakfast! The rooms are spacious with silent central AC. Older wood furniture gives it a time capsule vibe! The staff was friendly.
The hotel is older than other hotels in the same price range, some blemishes on the bathroom, like moisture stains on door frames can give a bad impression even though the room was super clean.
