It was not in busy part of Sao Paulo, so quite safe, distance versus airports acceptable, uber is easy and cheap tool
Isolation against traffic noise, windows only one glass instead of double/triple. So noise ingress is unavoidable...But noise in appartment from other habitants was not much...

Disappointing
I liked the price (approximately 25 dollars for a night). The breakfast served in the room is also good. everything else is really bad.
I stayed in room number 312. I entered on Saturday night and left on Sunday morning, as I had work to do in São Paulo on Sunday. A lot of noise in the rooms all morning. If you want to sleep peacefully, avoid this Motel
