Good location for visiting Expo Norte. Overall clean and with the renovation of the entrance and reception area it looks much better.
Rather thin walls and rooms without windows (at least the ones I stayed in up to now).

It was in close proximity to the expo Norte
The rooms were like a hostel, the walls were paper thin and all noise resonated through the corridor. If you a light sleeper, not for you. Also if you have an issue the staff just say don’t speak English.

Breakfast was rather good, even though the restaurant was rather small for so many people. Own parking facilities.
No windows in the room. Just 1 elevator for the whole building. The parking facility was rather small and as such not easy to park or get out of a parking lot. Internet not very quick.

The bed was comfy, and breakfast good. The staff were friendly, and everything was very clean. We ordered food one evening which was tasty. If you're going to Expo Center Norte, it's super close
We stayed in a triple room, and there is no door between the bedroom and bathroom! You can't tell in the photos, but definitely something to bear in mind. We wanted to have dinner in the restaurant, but it's only room service which isn't ideal when there is only one chair.

Disappointing
Cleaning crew was great. The rest of the staff was agreeable. I was glad we could leave our baggage at the hotel for the entire day after checkout, since we would still have to wait a long time to go to the airport.
Air conditioning wasn't working properly for the first 2 out of the 3 nights we stayed. Lights kept flickering randomly. Also, wifi was terrible! I could barely watch a single streaming on my portable device. Breakfast was ok, but lacking in diversity, it was mostly a bunch of different kinds of bakery bread.

it was a very poor experience, the cleanness was very poor sheet bed dirty no options I saw many spots on the bed covers were very disgusting, and the next day they didn't even clean or tidy up the bed the same towels used for the 3 days! the noise all over the hotel I couldn't sleep at all during the three days I even skipped my last day in the event because of the uncomfortable stay moreover; it's overpriced compared to this facility ..even the hotel service asked me to provide them 2 covers from my room because they have lack of covers that mean they don't mind about the cleanliness and hygiene! TV in the room nothing entertaining ! mini bar has no options so Beers and water. even the water is not available in the room !? I paid +1.300 R$ for this ? the breakfast very lack options... no space for new people so I had to wait till I have the next space for me to eat ... and no options at all only 3 kinds of bread and one kind of cheese. food not fresh reheated!
