The hotel is pretty good. They offer good options for breakfast and prepare fresh "tapiocas", omelets and pancakes.
The ar conditioning wasn't cooling the room well, sometimes was hot and sometimes was to cold.

I arrived on 12/26 at around 1:30 pm and the room had no power. The detail was that I was charged, and after making the payment they told me that there was no power. The correct thing in my opinion would be to inform you of this before asking me to pay the daily allowance. The power came back on at 7pm... we spent this time without air conditioning, minibar or light inside the room... the next day, we also discovered that the ice cream maker was not working and had to be changed... the hotel didn't offer me any bonus for having gone through this situation

The staff was absolutely amazing.
The location is on a main road so it's not always quiet at night.
There is zero options for vegetarians for breakfast. Literally only fruits, no offer to even try and make us something to eat.

Disappointing
The location in Brooklin was practical, with a few easy lunch options around. The room was relatively quiet with a nice view of the city.
The worst thing that happened to me was at breakfast, however - I specifically mentioned to the cook that I couldn't eat dairy and to thus make sure there was no butter and cheese in the omelet. What I received was a cheese omelet, which I only realized after I started eating. Given my allergy, this could have been a life-threatening situation - which is completely unacceptable for a hotel.
My experience with the staff was not the best - while the front desk people were friendly, they were not very knowledgeable and couldn't give many advice on restaurants/food spots. Also, I spent 15 min with them one evening to book a taxi to the airport the next day, only to find out the next day that there was no taxi reservation.
Finally, the hotel advertises the availability of a pool, which was a major factor in my decision to book it - when I arrived I was told the swimming pool was in renovation, which was very disappointing.

The property is well located and very close to bars and Morumbi Mall... its location make the circulation very easy to various neighborhoods of São Paulo due to being very close to Marginal Pinheiros.
The room could have more pillows (but we didn't request due to coming back to the room very late at night).
Breakfast was good but wife would have appreciated a wider selection

Staff were friendly.
For 200,00 EUR a night we expect to stay in a very nice hotel, but everything is very old and there is no sign of renovation at all. Scratches on the floor, stains on the couch, leaking on the sink, etc.
Gym is extremely badly maintained, with old and not working equipments, and the excuse I was give was that the the gym was from a 3rd-Party..
Room was not cleaned one day, even though the sign to clean was at the door.
In general, the stay is not worth half the price it is charged. If the prices were different, then I would have different expectation and the rating was not going to be this bad, but when they charge 200,00 EUR a night, we have some standards.
