Good
Breakfast was great. Location was very convenient and staying at a high floor ensured low levels of noise.
The furniture in the room is quite old and tired. The tabletop on the dining table was detached from the legs so leaning on the table is dangerous. The bidet valve was leaky. The overall feel of the hotel was not what I would expect from a 4 star rating.

Good
Great location and an excellent breakfast.
The room was very dark and had an odd layout. We booked a room for three, but the third bed was small and quite uncomfortable.

Very Good
Breakfast is ample , excellent and is the high point of this property.
Front desk is helpful and friendly, even with limited english.
I arrived very early 7am after an all night flight, and since check-in time 2 PM is strictly enforced; desk suggested the pool area on 27th floor to sleep a couple hours in the pool chairs, before checking bag with reception and attacking the massive concrete jungle that is Sao Paulo prior to check-in. This was very helpful.
1 pillowcase smelly NOT CLEAN, dated style of rooms, wifi only works in lobbies, doesn't work in rooms , had I known this, I wouldn't have booked here

Exceptional
Location is the first, close to Av Paulista where you can find anything you need.
The pool this time could be a little bit more warm

Very Good
Great location
Just few min from Paulista
Lots of coffee shops and restaurants
Safe neighborhood
Great breakfast
The staff wasn’t helpful.
The staff at the front desk were ok but when we needed the manager ( we had a payment issue - we had to pay twice and then cancel one of the payments) he didn’t respond and let us wait at the lobby with our young kids that fell asleep on the lobby couch.

Exceptional
Heated pool, free parking in the premises, safe neighborhood, fantastic breakfast, delicious food in the restaurant, polite staff, valet to park my car and bellboy to move my luggage to my room.
It was a short stay! Looking forward to returning for more a longer stay. I'll definitely book a room in the same property.

Pleasant
Breakfast was great. Check in was quick. Bed was comfortable.
The room is dated. Needs new painting and bathroom furniture is old. The bed cover had stains and looked old.

Good
Location, breakfast and installations are pretty good.
We didn’t like the check in process, which was a bit confused, and our room was not as nice as others that we saw they offer… especially the white light everywhere… no idea why people use those outside of hospitals and kitchens.

Poor
Only the location and the gym.
The staff were not professional and very rude. Only the cleaning lady was helpful. The wil not speak English, if you can’t speak Portuguese, your on your own
The rooms where OUTDATED
The showers were dirty
The Hotel was noisy
The breakfast was so bad, that we eat outside the hotel, even that we paid for breakfast each day that we staid..
