Location, breakfast and installations are pretty good.
We didn’t like the check in process, which was a bit confused, and our room was not as nice as others that we saw they offer… especially the white light everywhere… no idea why people use those outside of hospitals and kitchens.

Only the location and the gym.
The staff were not professional and very rude. Only the cleaning lady was helpful. The wil not speak English, if you can’t speak Portuguese, your on your own
The rooms where OUTDATED
The showers were dirty
The Hotel was noisy
The breakfast was so bad, that we eat outside the hotel, even that we paid for breakfast each day that we staid..

Great location, simply at the best part of neighborhood. The size of the apartment was great. The staff was welcoming and the breakfast was pretty good. Free parking was a plus.
This apartment needs renovation, especially the bathroom. Some parts of the apartment need upgrades.

Room was large and comfortable. The staff was friendly everywhere and breakfast was good. Very good location near Avenida Paulista, restaurants and bars.
The wardobe door was broken and hard to move. Room decoration was dated but everything worked.
