Location. Rooms. Friendly staff
Wrong room , not like confirmed in booking. Missing towels and empty schampoo. Balcony closed. Quiet old and in details not well maintained facilities. Failure in charging, comlicated in refund. Refund not received till now.

Property was clean.
Both shampoo and conditioner dispenser in the bathroom were empty. Blow drier was broken. Called the reception and requested a new one. After an hour I called and requested AGAIN for a working blow drier. 5 min before my check out they came with the blow drier. Bear in mind I called the first time at 9am.

Wonderful
Great location, steps away from Avenida Paulista with many shops. If you are there on Sunday, the Avenida Paulista is closed for motor vehicles, there is music and crowds, and has a good vibe.
Restaurant personnel spoke no English or Spanish, very difficult to communicate with if you do not speak Portuguese.

breakfast is great, and the staff is very polite and accessible Location is also great close to good restaurants and shopping mall. Also great for easy access to Av Paulista
The hotel rooms are pretty old fashion and lack infraesctructure. The safe was not working and there was no table to iron clothes at all, which is pretty weird for a 4 stars hotel.

The location was excellent, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful, making the stay more enjoyable.
While the hotel had some positive aspects, it didn't fully meet my expectations for a 4-star property. The bathroom felt a bit outdated, with some mold in the bathtub, and the water took longer than expected to warm up. Additionally, the room faced a street bar, so there was some noise from people socializing outside in the evenings.

The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed. Housekeeping did an amazing job—everything was spotless and well-maintained throughout my stay.
Unfortunately, my interactions with the front desk felt cold and distant, which was disappointing for a hotel of this caliber. The AC/heat in my room didn’t work properly, and to make matters worse, the in-room phone wasn’t working either—making it difficult to get help. For a hotel claiming to be 5-star, a WhatsApp messaging system or some modern communication option seems like a necessary upgrade!!
