The room needs a good reconstruction. The room skirtings and the bathroom walls are in bad state, giving the impression of dirty.

Amazing service, receptionists were very helpful and nice. Good breakfast.
The hotel is pretty old, so if you are looking for something modern you can be disappointed.
There's a swimming pool if you need a sport, but looked like it was not maintained for a while.

The localisation was really great and the room size was good and the staff were really polite.
The structure is really old, the current structure does not reflect website pictures, there was humidity in the room and the amenities are too basic.
In my humble opinion the amount paid is not worth what we got. I strongly suggest you to work on maintenance on your structure.

What I liked the most was the location, very close to Parque Ibirapuera and to a relatively safe neighborhood
The room wasn't really clean, and I had some nice company of small bugs living in the room, free of charge that didn't share the quote with me xD
Besides, it was comfortable

The staff and the hotel in general are good
They could renovate the bathroom and keep it cleaner, it was either a bit of bad smell too.

The wall painting looks old and dirty, beds and pillows are not the most comfortable but it’s good value for money.
