The staff are very accommodating and nice. Great customer service as well as those in the restaurant.
I wish they had heaters in the room. Its just A/C. The face bowl only have cold water. Hot water should be added. Lots of condensation in the bathroom that leaves everything wet.

Great neighborhood for restaurants and entertainment. I was on the Rua Augusta Street side it was a little noisy outside.

my room internet didn't work at all . i called for someone to come and fixed but the internet company schedule didn't match mine .
they should check the room facilities before rent it .
