Cannot beat the location. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful.
I don’t like the shower head. It is electric and you sometimes get a shock.

Excellent location and quite private.
It's definitely NOT the most well kept hotel you will find in this are of São Paulo. The bathroom was appalling, there was a hole in the ceiling right above the shower, which i couldn't see the end, whatever that was .. it was not good. It was also tight, where I could barely fit myself in the shower. It needs some caring and urgent refurbishment.
That also extends to the remaining of the space in the room. It needs a bit more care.

It’s a good cost for money. The rooms are sufficiently equipped and clean. The staff were nice and helpful.
The facilities are a bit old and the internet speed is not the best. There are extra costs for better speed.
