The location of this hotel in Salvador is great, the rooms are big and the bed is super comfortable. The breakfast was good also. I would definitely stay at this property again!

Not much.
This hotel is not a 4 star, its a 2 star at most. After a long flight of 16 hours, we arrive at the hotel and theres absolutely no option for food at the hotel. The staff told me to download an app called iFood but I explained that I am not Brazilian nor have a CPF or Brazilian phone number to be able to register on this app. Theres no option for foreign numbers to sign up on this thing. I asked if they could give me the names of restaurants near by that would deliver and they didnt have any suggestion. My daughter (a child) was starving and the only option would be get in a uber to go to a restaurant but someone told me the name of a place that delivers. I ended up paying almost 250 reais for a burger and a sandwich. When Im doing the check in, I inform the receptionist that I have 2 family members stoping by so I could give them a few presents that I bought for them. I was told that visitors were not allowed under any circumstances and I asked why not and was not given any logical explanation. So am I supposed to be giving gifts to family in the hotel lobby? Ridiculous! This hotel claims to be a 4 star but doesnt even have a bar. At checkout, there was no one to pick up my bags because they were all at lunch so I had to carry my own heavy luggage to the reception. Then someone tells me they would help me take the luggage to my uber. Had to wait an extra 10 minutes for someone to go check what I consumed in the room. Why dont you bill my credit card so Im not making my uber wait? I will never stay in this hotel again!
