The hotel was very full, so the organization, especially the breakfast replenishment, wasn't great.

Really dirty, never see something so dirty.
Dirty, the staff had no respect. They were shouting to my girlfriend. We asked to see the room, they said it was not possible.

The location and staff were nice.
My room wasn't very clean, did not have towels and when they brought it, it was pretty old and looking dirty.
I had to work from the hotel. There was no internet once I arrived and at the beginning of the next day.

Good location and reasonable value for money. The breakfast was good with a good choice of cakes.
The door of the bedroom was not always easy to lock and unlock. It seemed that the lock had been broken previously. No towels in the room when we arrived. Room needed a good paint and the fridge was covered in stickers. The hotel in general needs a good deep clean especially the glass doors and windows which were covered in hand prints.

I took a fall, on a step right at the entrance to the room, because there was a step right at the entrance and there was no light due to the light turning on/off system.

The localization is the main asset of the hotel. The reception is helpful. Breakfast is decent and starts as early as 6.30am which is good when you want to start your day before it's too hot.
The pool closed at 4PM twice during my short stay which was unexpected. The hotel was not providing any electricity on my last day. The reason seemed purely internal and not related to any external outage. Not only the explanation was vague but also the outage left the front desk without any access to basic booking information. I hope this was a rare occurrence. The cleaning was not properly done on my first day (leak on the floor, hair stuck to the mirror,...). I assume these problems result from a lack of workforce dedicated to maintenance. Finally, I am not sure the door-key opens only one room due to its outdated technology.

Breakfast very nice
The room had a water leak and the mattress was very thin, the bed was uncomfortable and the bathroom was dirty. The photos of the room at the time of booking were completely different from reality. At the time of complaining to the staff about what happened, they said that they would change our room but finally they only made us wait until the afternoon to tell us that they could not do anything. Disappointing.
