The location was perfect.
The hotel had no internet, the pool was closed for renovations, and the elevator only went to the 10th floor. My room was on the 11th floor, so I had to take the stairs to get there. There was no phone in the room to communicate; I had to go downstairs and then take the elevator to speak to someone at reception. There was no shampoo, conditioner, or water in the fridge.

The Hotel location is perfect if you want to have a walkable experience and be able to walk out of your hotel in your swimsuit and go right into the Beach. Also great food options, great walking, the free breakfast wasn't anything special but it was sufficient and had enough options to keep any group happy. The Pool was nice and large and a nice temperature, the staff was friendly and helpful and I rented a car for a few days and it conveniently had underground parking
There was construction right next door, which I understand they can't help but it was pretty obnoxious if you were trying to enjoy the pool, from the looks of it it will continue for another 6 months at least. Def do not take the rooms that face the construction if they offer them to you. I made them switch my room ( which they did no problem)

Great location. Friendly staff. They gave me a nice room with a big bed, varanda and sea view. Nice pool and lounge area with bar.
Very slow elevators, one out of three was out of order. The internet/wifi connection was poor while I was there. The breakfast experience was not very pleasant because of crowding. Room was sparsely appointed with only overhead lighting, a minimum of furniture and virtually no decoration. Card key required to turn on the power, including wall sockets, so impossible to leave any devices charging while out of the room.

The hotel facilities were great, in general. Beds were really comfortable, the swimming pool was delightful, the personnel was really helpful and kind. I also want to highlight the buffet breakfast, which was really varied and tasty.
There were some water leaks in the bathroom which resulted somewhat annoying. The TV didn't get all the local channels. The gym needed an operative air conditioner system working at all times (it was too hot and humid inside), as well as the workout machines needed some maintenance.

The only good thing was the balcony with a great view
Terrible service, the room keys are for one entry only and have to be reset every time you leave the room! The sheets and towels are 20 years old and the room is not clean. Buffet was like a prison cafeteria. One elevator for the entire building.

Air con in some room doesn't work, they dont have room service every day, they cant change towels when we need
