Very Good
Staff well trained and very solicitous. Hotel is very clean and comfortable. The restaurants are excellent, the breakfast buffet is delicious.
Location is not favourable for walking, and noisy if there are parties in the city.

The location is excellent, and the hotel infrastructure is very good. The room was comfortable, spacious, and very clean, special congratulations to the housekeeping team, who did a great job throughout my stay.
On the other hand, the service at reception and from the bell staff could be improved. The bellboys were not very proactive or helpful, the valet actually had to ask them to assist us while we were struggling with our luggage, which was surprising. Check-in was also a bit slow, although I would like to highlight the staff member who handled ours: he was very polite and friendly, which made a positive difference compared to the rest of the team.
Breakfast offers a wide variety, which is nice, but the quality could be better for a 4-star hotel.
Overall, a comfortable and well-located hotel, but service consistency could definitely be improved to match the standard of the facilities.

The staff, lobby, and dining area were wonderful.
Rooms were older and looked like they were somewhat updated. The area of the hotel was very run down and did not feel safe to walk around

- great hotel, everything new and modern.
- good location, we were there for a wedding
- really big hotel, where they can’t really manage when there are crowded moments. During the breakfast it’s a complete caos - people were in line for 10 minutes to get eggs because they had only one place to put it.
- 40 minutes or more to get a tapioca
- in the checkin/checkout - also big lines.

Really nice hotel. Well located, good facilities (inccl. clean swimming pool and there is even a sauna) . Room is spacious and clean. The common areas are well decorated. . The breakfast is diversified and tasty. There are even some monkeys coming to the patio. Good price quality ratio.

The stuffs were not friendly and helpful
Everything we asked they don’t have
And also hotel look like 3stars and need proper renovations
The restaurant allocated in downside of lobby the lunch were terrible
All the foods were not fresh and expensive and super terrible test

Only the location is good
The hotel is old and the rooms are not well equipped. The location is ok but the other facilities including elevators etc were not up to the standards of a 5 star property. Breakfast doesn’t had much options especially for the people who have restrictions
