The most complete breakfast I've ever had, a true feast (with varied options for all tastes). Furthermore, the pool and gym areas are excellent. The accommodation is very clean and pleasant. Moreover, it's practically next to a paradisiacal beach for running training (I did it and highly recommend it); and finally, it's near the convention center, where you can attend services led by the beloved Pastor Ivan Dias, a light and prophet of God on this earth. I have nothing but praise for this divine place.

Very convenient location for accessing both the Convention Center (~ 5 min drive) and CAB (Centro Administrativo da Bahia ~ 10 minutes). Very good breakfast with some perfectly done regional itens. The "bolinho de estudante" and "cuscuz branco" were just perfect. Very convenient/safe place to to get in and out an UBER ride (from early morning to late night, including weekends).
Internet. Cleanliness. Replacement of toilet itens.

The breakfast was delicious, fresh and varied. The hotel was located within a 15 mins. walk to the Salvador Shopping mall.
I selected the hotel because it was listed as a 4 star property but the room i was given was not up to this standard. The room was large but in need of a renovation.

Great location, two shopping malls are close-by. The ride to the beach is also not too far.
The bathroom was quite dirty and even moldy in some places. I also could not access the WiFi.

The breakfast was what we expected. The location was very good also safe, 17 minutes walk to a nice big shopping center. The bed was very big and comfortable. The personal stuff were nice and helpful.
The pool water was dirty! Towels were not offered there but at the reception which was not practical!

Breakfast was good, we liked it, could be hotter food, but overall was good.
Very dirty floor in hallway where manager took us to show us another room after the first two or three had problems like bad mattresses. There was something wrong with every room we were shown, almost like the policy is to have something wrong but different from other rooms as to things not done right. The iron and ironing board was dangerous in the room we finally chose to stay in for a few days. Just getting them off the wall was dangerous and difficult, would produce a major lawsuit in America or other more modern countries where people expect things to be safe. The iron would fall while using it because it was attached to the board by a strong metal cable as people apparently steal them if not locked to the board. The iron hit my wife's leg more than once, leaving marks; really stupid design: instead, when dishonest guests take the iron with them have the losses built into the room rates for all stays. The board is rickety (falls over constantly if you are not very extremely careful. The guest expects to relax and enjoy their stay, not have to feel like they work there like we felt the whole time. The owners obviously have policies to save costs by doing everything either somewhat wrong or at a bare minimum, but that doesn't really help their profit margin because it hurts them in the end; just do things right the first time. Get cable TV and good movie channels, have modern TV's and the internet working right so you don't have to log back in several times a day or not even be able to log back in at all where the TV becomes a useless screen on the wall like it did many times a day with us. At a minimum have youtube, the internet, easily accessible through the TV with a smart TV in all rooms. Find a way to afford that and stay competitive with all competitors.
